Asked for extra pickles. Got home to find out there wasn't even 1 pickle on my #9 sandwich. Either they forgot or the pickles are not only invisible but tasteless. Both locations seem to forget pickles. I'm not one to hover or complain but this isn't the first time. 🙄

To the guy working at this location by HIMSELF thank you for being so efficient and fast. He had a huge line and was still positive and had good customer service. To the owner - please hire more people. There is no reason why you should have only one employee taking on every single task.

Ordered delivery, 8/7/24 order was delivered in a reasonable time and order was correct, nothing was gross looking/smelling, HOWEVER less than 2 hours later I was sick, my husband woke up sick this morning, I definitely think corners are cut at this location, which is tragic jimmy John's is delicious.

I ordered a sandwich last night just after 8:00 p.m. it never showed up so I called the facility. No one would answer the phone and this was around 10:00 to 9. :00 it's now 11:00 the next day July 21 and I still have no sandwich and nobody's answering the phone. I highly recommend never visiting this restaurant ever. And I will post this on Yelp also. So I finally got a hold of the store. They really seem careless about it. I was told I would get a refund by midnight tonight if I'm lucky on the 21st. Didn't offer a discount sandwich. Nothing. I'm going to a higher power on this one. I'm going to go to the corporation with all the rest of the reviews. This is very unacceptable.

I’ve worked at JJ for 3 years (driver and PIC), and I couldn’t imagine my location running like this. Visited this location ~7 times over the course of a few months. Service was bad each time, sandwich wasn’t correct a single time, and the employees don’t seem to know how to ring up an order or use the rewards system. I am extremely dissatisfied and no longer going to try this location.

They make those sandwiches pretty fast. They made it exactly to order and I always get the same thing which is the Billy clip. I have the bread taken out mustard on the side, extra mayo on the sandwich and then I always just come home and eat it with my own chips and it's always good every single time.

I am a regular at this jimmy johns. The bread is always just right (soft inside, a little crispy on the outside). There is always some delightful person working there with their style of music playing. It’s easier to enjoy a visit when the people there are having fun. I get the 14 bootlegger with no mayo and jimmy mustard and buy a box of sandwiches to hand out to all the homeless (because there are so many in south Santa Fe. They seem to bust that box out with minimal effort.I really like this jimmy John’s and I definitely recommend it.Also I do participate in the rewards program and I get something free just about each visit like a bag of chips, a pickle, or cookies.
Vegetarian options: It just depends, but you can make your own lettuce wraps with veggies. I’m not sure if the bread is considered vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: You can design your own sandwich ?
Kid-friendliness: Fun place for a kid. The bathroom is way cool. Can make sandwiches how the kids like it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair and great seating
