I am a regular at this jimmy johns. The bread is always just right (soft inside, a little crispy on the outside). There is always some delightful person working there with their style of music playing. It’s easier to enjoy a visit when the people there are having fun. I get the 14 bootlegger with no mayo and jimmy mustard and buy a box of sandwiches to hand out to all the homeless (because there are so many in south Santa Fe. They seem to bust that box out with minimal effort.I really like this jimmy John’s and I definitely recommend it.Also I do participate in the rewards program and I get something free just about each visit like a bag of chips, a pickle, or cookies.Vegetarian options: It just depends, but you can make your own lettuce wraps with veggies. I’m not sure if the bread is considered vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: You can design your own sandwich ?Kid-friendliness: Fun place for a kid. The bathroom is way cool. Can make sandwiches how the kids like it.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair and great seating
I have been ordering from you guys for the last 3 years. I've never really looked at my receipt, which is my own fault, because I've trusted Jimmy John's. But I realize that with the Santa Fe tax rate going down last year and now again this year, your stores have never adjusted their tax rate. So for the last two years you have been overcharging customers continuously because of the tax. The new tax rate this year in Santa Fe is 8.1875% and last year it was down to 8.3125%, you guys are still charging the old tax from 3 years ago which is 8.438%. When I called the store and spoke to a "manager", I was told there's nothing they can do about it. I am highly disappointed and since I've given you guys as much business as I and my companies have and recommended so many others toward you, I will not be using you anymore. Sad, very sad.Maybe a future tax audit will be as freaky fast as you guys.

Something is wrong with management at this store. I have now tried to go 4 different times to this store during the hours they say they are open and they have been closed. Two of those times, someone was working inside and the door was unlocked. But when I enter, I've been told they are closed because the manager didn't show up and no one baked any bread. I understand it is difficult to get workers right now but when the manager isn't showing up week after week something needs to be done. I've complained to the Jimmy John's website and received an auto response that management from this store would get back to me. But nothing. The management appears to be the problem.

When I walked in and saw only one employee I thought great, he's gonna make my sandwhich shitty and I'm gonna be disappointed again.WRONG!!! Gabriel was instantly friendly and genuinely glad to be of service.We had a great conversation (while he created my masterpiece of a hoagie) and I learned he was working a double to cover a shortage.He didn't complain, he was extra prof and definitely an asset to the company.
