Incredible food; the beef tenderloin “stew” was one of the best dishes I have eaten in 7 trips to Santa Fe The tamal, while very spicy , was a terrific mix of flavors and textures. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was full but we never felt rushed. Wines were obviously selected for their affinity to the flavorful cuisine on offer. One niggle was the seemingly short pour for the price on the “by the glass” wine list and the confusing and uninformative cocktail pricing; I'm not playing that game in a restaurant of this quality and type! Hope to return on our next trip.

Whether a birthday celebration with complimentary Prosecco toasts or just feeling the need mid week for no good reason, this is our very favorite spot in town. We've now tried almost everything on the menu and there are so many winners! The sirloin with Madeira and local mushrooms is to die for and the Christmas stew is wonderful. The ratatouille is one of a kind - a tiny symphony on a plate. The service is impeccable yet friendly and the place oozes charm. What's not to like?

Exceptional barely begins to describe our dinner at Joseph's Culinary Pub. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm but not-at-all stuffy. The food was a wonderful combination of different styles that fit together seamlessly, like no other meal I can remember. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars -- perfection!

This was our first meal at Joseph's and we enjoyed the food and the general atmosphere. We ordered the Duck Confit Pad Thai and the Green Chili Pozole. The Pad Thai was a bit heavy for me but my husband loved it and we both liked the Pazole. We saw other items on the menu we want to try so we'll be back.

They have these chips that are super good and a really good cosmopolitan drink that was really yummy. I ordered their mushroom appetizer I’m a big mushroom fan but was not impressed at all very tough and hard to chew. Had the enchilada vegetarian entree it was on the dry side parts of it tasted good ask for extra sauce also ordered a drink the waiter suggested sounded and looked like a old fashioned but had so much vermouth in it I just couldn’t drink it
While on vacation, we chose Joseph's for my husband's birthday dinner. Staff was very efficient and friendly; the food was outstanding. I had a basic but fresh pear/manchego salad to start with, then had the ratatouille starter for my main meal. The ratatouille was an explosion of flavor and the hearty portion was more than I could eat. My husband has celiac disease and appreciated the abundance of gluten-free items to choose from. His dinner was carefully prepared to avoid cross-contamination. He had the duck confit pad Thai and enjoyed it immensely.

Another great restaurant outside the public square within 10 mins walk. Service is good, servers are friendly, food taste savory and with good portion sizes. It's little congested inside as it is a popular spot. Reservation is recommended.
