Second time dining here and it was just as lovely as the first. Great service, delicious food, and nice ambience. David was our server and he was wonderful.

It was our first time dining at Joseph's and it did not let us down....first off DELIGHTFUL people taking care of us, especially Erica!!! We sat in a high top in the bar....the food was delicious especially the amazing Ratatouille ! YUM!!! We will be back and hope to be sitting in main dining room next time for a fun experience ... This was one of the best meals we have ever eaten. The food was fresh and innovative and beautifully prepared. Our server Erica was charming and fun to talk to and her recommendations were spot on. This restaurant is a gem.

Our top spot in Santa Fe. Great service, vibe and menu. Love the entire menu but their seafood specials are always a standout.

Part of the fun of going out for dinner is to soak up the ambience... see and be seen. I was disappointed to be seated in the small dining room with a view of a wall. Kind of killed the experience for me. Overall, the food was excellent, but I would suggest the Ratatouille should be renamed Warm Kale Salad as that is the main ingredient by a significant degree.

Absolutely outstandingly delicious! Best meal I've had in a long time. I'm a food snob and this place did not disappoint. I'll be back next time I'm in Santa Fe.

We were seated in a small room that was very quiet and cozy. We both chose the snapper special which they accommodated our request to substitute the Brussels sprouts. The chef chose crispy kale which gave nice texture to the fish and potatoes. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We had a lovely night.

THE BEST!! I don’t say that lightly… When traveling, I hope that the flavor depicts its location and the restaurant is something I can brag to my friends about. Joseph’s exceeds my expectations. My husband and I came to Santa Fe for my 55th birthday. we shared the crispy tamale appetizer, the Abuela Nora’s posole verde and the lamb banana curry entree. The flavors were magnificent. The meats were tender and all items were perfectly cooked. We loved it so much that we decided to go again the next night. I ordered the pan seared halibut special and my husband had the lamb confit and we saved room for the most wonderful tiramisu. If we are ever back in Santa Fe, this will be the only restaurant we’ll have dinner. I cannot forget to brag about the service… Michelle, David and Anna help us make our selections… And we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and Chef, Joseph. Hands down the best! Wish I had more photos to share, but we ate it all too quickly.

2 stars for the drinks and the ambiance, the appetizers and entrees were forgettable, flavorless, careless, and completely lacked inspiration. The liver mousse came with stale bread, the duck fat french fries were boring, the mole with the chicken has the complexity of a cardboard box, the swordfish was OK but nothing more. At the end the waitress brought out cookies for free because she had heard it was my birthday (the lady who sat us immediately knew and wished me a happy birthday) and the cookies were stale and tasted horrible, I had one and almost spit it out. A melted candle on the plate. The photo I attached is a great description of the overall meal.

Absolutely delicious and our waitress was genuine and superb. The black olives in the beginning from the chef were just an adventure in flavor, and every desert we tried were indescribably delicious. Unforgettable cuisine, atmosphere and service.

This is a great place for a nicer meal in Santa Fe. Food is delicious. Try the charred veggie ratatouille - doesn't sound like much, but it is delicious. It could be a meal in itself. Also enjoyed the Pad Thai. The drinks are strong and well made. Try the NM Negroni. taking a star off on service because ordered dessert wine pairings with the desserts and they got left at the bar for a long time. But did not ruin an overall nice meal.
