Joy Sushi Bar is a small Asian restaurant in Santa Fe with great quality for the price. The staff is very friendly and the service, prices, and food are amazing. They offer a lot of variety with the dancing tiger sushi roll, best tuna and the best miso soup that best we’ve had. Rolls are brought out as they are ready, and the presentation is artistic and impressive. The atmosphere is simple, charming, and quaint, with Asian-themed decor and room dividers. The meal is quick, delicious, and a great value. It is an excellent choice for a quick and delicious sushi meal.
