Great vegetarian and chicken options. Great salsas. And bison! Bison is such a rare meat; I rarely have the opportunity to even think about it, much less eat it at an affordable price. But at K’ Bueno, the bison is king. You’re missing out by not eating here, doubly so by not ordering the bison.My girlfriend insists that I mention the tortillas. Which is fair: they’re excellent, browned to perfection yet still supple. Anyways. Go here.

Tried this spot for the first time today and I was very impressed! The breakfast burritos are fantastic! Price friendly, good portions, and lots of flavor! I got the bacon red and it was delicious. Eggs were fluffy, bacon was chopped up and crisp, potatoes were soft, and the chile added just the right amount of heat and flavor! The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well! If you're looking for a burrito fix, this is the spot for you! Definitely will be there again!

In search of breakfast on a budget, we came across this small restaurant in Santa Fe that only looks unassuming.Big, bold flavors are stuffed into these two-hand burritos. I had the bacon burrito that comes with egg, hash browns, chunky potatoes, cheese and crispy bacon. The red chili, which I was told was the spicier choice, had a depth to it that was more than the heat that comes with it.My boyfriend’s burrito was similar but instead of bacon, he chose sausage and the “X-más” chili, a combination of both red and green chili. He said the sausage and potatoes were perfectly cooked and the only thing that struggled to keep its composure was the tortilla which tightly hugged the food.Just as impressive as the food are the young men behind the counter. The cook quickly prepared our food and didn’t sacrifice the quality for speed. And the youngest, who’s the cashier, is smart, passionate about the food they sell and incredibly polite.In a place where there’s no shortage of restaurants, this place which has only been open for two years, truly stands out in product and service.Wishing them much success!

Listen, I never leave reviews. Ever. This place just blew my mind away. Super, super, super friendly, super fresh, generous portions of food. I had the taco plate with two barbacoa tacos and one carne asada. My date had a similar plate with fish and an asada taco as well as a massive horchata that tastes like it's homemade. This place is so, so, so worth eating at. I'll be going only here for tacos from now on.Vegetarian options: Mushroom tacos!Kid-friendliness: The whole family was there and it's a nice atmosphere.
