A friend and I made an impromptu decision to stop for dinner at Kai sushi on a Saturday night. I’ve been here before and often impressed with the food and service. Tonight’s service was top-notch! The name on our ticket is Carlos (ticket order #4008). I regretfully did not confirm that this was his name. He was incredibly helpful with the menu, polite, kind, and a pleasure to interact with. The food was great as usual, but made extra special by this wonderful young man. Cheers!

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and they have had their ups and downs but I have to say my l last couple visits were awesome! The quality is top notch and the sushi is just delicious and based on my interactions with staff and managers, I expect this place to stay a top notch sushi joint. Everything was super delicious and the wait staff is great.

Food is ok but really bad service, order online for pick up and once arrived I asked for chili sauce and he wanted to charge me extra when literally if you dine in there is sauce in all tables my order was over $65.00. Really disappointed! That a restaurant has people like him working there. He was not friendly and had a strong mean attitude. I’ve been a client for over 7 years definitely not coming back.

Probably the best sushi place in northern NM. Service has historically been uneven (better than a lot of places in NM still), but it seems to be getting much better. Sushi is consistently excellent and the fried rice is amazing.

Made an order online. My order said it was supposed to be ready by 7:20 pm, I got my order an hour after it was supposed to be ready. Some of my food was cold. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering from here again.
