The girl at drive up was unpleasant no smiles. The area outside was dirty and inside. The food prep was very fast. We are glad the hot wings are back..

This KFC has NEVER gotten my order right. Not once in the 7 years I've lived here. Why is it McDonald's can do it right 99.9999999 percent of the time but KFC never? NOT ONCE! Whether I order for delivery or go to the drive through, it's guaranteed WRONG. I will never order for delivery again and if I go through the drive through now, I pull into a parking space to see what surprises you've put in my bag. Invariably, I have to lock up the car, grab my keys and bag and go inside to get what I wanted to eat. Y'ALL ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

This place is terrible waited in the drive threw 20min to get no response thought maybe speaker was broken but nope have 5 people there 4 just standing around in the back while1 guy working the windows never even acknowledged us spent a total of 45min while people said nothing and it isn't my first time customer service is terrible here you can tell they over prep all there chicken so u get a 3hr old chicken that's been sitting in a wamer and horrible cleanliness

The pro - the order was ready on time and picking it up was very easy

The con - the crispy chicken was bland as was the fried coating, which had no discernible spices. While it wasn't exactly inedible it was some of the worst fried chicken I've ever had. It was not served hot but barely warm, my mashed potatoes were obviously reconstituted instant potatoes served with a bland and weak gravy, I was shorted a biscuit from each box, I had requested plates that were left out of the order, and no napkins were included (after all, this *is* a messy and oily finger food.) It all added up to apathy and carelessness from KFC HQ on down.

It will be a few more years before I give KFC another chance.

Made a mistake on my order and was stuck with it.
people working at the store or custermer service would not help me had to just take what I could get. Bad business to loose a paying customer that goes there all the time just for a two piece.

Ticket #1034, cashier Vikki, time on receipt 2059, 10/19/2024. Horrible service from the moment we got to the drive thru, weren't asked what type of drink we wanted with our 1st item Big Box that comes with a drink. We were told the only chicken they had was wings and drumsticks, so instead of 3 decent sized pieces of chicken the big box had 2 old rubbery drumsticks and 1 old wing, no biscuit. We definitely did not get $13 worth of a meal for the Big Box and had to pay $2.99 extra to make up for the chicken we should have gotten. The 2nd item was a 2pc combo, 1 piece of chicken was so old I couldn't eat it because it was rubbery, and that was also missing a biscuit. The young lady was rude and shut the window the second she handed us our bag, we got her attention and asked for sauces (butter, honey, and hot sauce) she left the window, went to the back or out of shit at least, came back a couple minutes later and grabbed the sauce that were right there at the window, handed them to us and shut the window. They couldn't even package the orders correctly and we had to separate our own meals between the 2 boxes. It's the only one in town and we went out of our way to go there specifically for our dinner. Worst experience and we won't do that again until management deals with their employees and they learn about good customer service.

Got a flyer in today’s newspaper. Pot pie $5 hurry in. Went to KFC,around 8:30, ordered 2 pot pies charged me &12.?? Told them pot pies were on sale. They told me only on Mondays. I told them it didn’t say Mondays only. Told me to bad I had to show him the flyer. Came home looked at the flyer, tried calling back to talk to a manager. Never answered the phone even tho I called from 2 different numbers. Very rude employee, young kid.
