We stop in La Choza every time we are anywhere near Santa Fe. My fiancée says the red chile may be better than his New Mexican grandmothers! And yes…it’s hot. But the best kind of hot. Staff is not always the most welcoming or attentive, but the chile makes up for that.
Really enjoyed my visit to La Choza! I had one night in Santa Fe and chose this place based on quite a bit of research. Glad I went! I was really hoping for some Chile Rellenos but the server recommended the enchiladas after I asked for something I should not miss.
