I LOVE their food! It's one of those things I find myself craving.

This is a CASH ONLY food truck usually parked at 1742 Llano Street in a dirt lot. There is plenty of paved adjacent parking within a few feet of the order window, and it is large and wide enough for trucks and RVs.

It generally takes about 10 minutes to prepare and pack the food.

If you're not familiar, a Papusa is a traditional El Salvadoran dish consisting of a corn flour griddle cake typically filled with cheese, beans, and/or meat.

This place sends you out with Curtido, which is a lightly fermented shredded cabbage usually mixed with onions and carrots in a spicy vinegary lime dressing kind of like Sauerkraut, but with a *much* milder flavor, and your choice of Salsa Roja (red sauce) either hot or mild sauce.

My understanding is that these are a labor of love for someone to make one for you, and I have to believe it's true in this case because these Papusas are delicious.

The best part though- somehow they are only THREE DOLLARS! And it will fill you up, it's a whole meal for most people.

I think they need to charge more.

Please leave them a tip.
