We ordered 4 pizzas we got three we won’t and we got one wrong one and they didn’t give us a refund or the right pizza they ignored our calls and when we got there they said they can’t do that we wasted a lot of gas and she was rude

I feel like they never have any advertised specials. Even when I order "extra most bestest", ( lol, stupid name, I know!) you get what looks like any other ordinary pizza. You mean the regular pizza, the one a dollar or two cheaper, has even less pepperoni on it?! Daaang! Ok. Well, let me get... Oh, you don't have that?! Never mind, hot and ready then I guess. This place is always packed, who's gonna have time to make you your special?! Ain't nobody got time fo dat! Barely got enough people to feed pizza into the vending machine... At least it's cheap and it works! Way better pizza than dominos too.

Placed order online through the app. Paid. Arrived at store waited for order. As always I opened each box for verification and luckily I did..neither pizza was what I ordered. I informed the girl at the register and she got all aggressive pointing at the receipt the person in the back put on the boxes and was saying this is your name repeatedly. I replied yes but not my orders. I pulled up the order on my phone and she still insisted the pizzas were mine. She then called the young man from the back and they had a discussion in Spanish. Then asked me if wanted the wrong pizzas again or would I prefer they remake my order. When I said no I want my order then they informed me they were out of the banana peppers. I told them to forget the peppers and just make my order. No more ordering at this location....customer service terrible and atmosphere hostile!

Ordered online for pick up. Called the store directly after ordering to modify order. Staff told me to call back and select 8 on key pad to make a modification. Called back and sat on hold another 10 minutes. Knowing there was no modification possible because they likely already made our order. An entirely separate issue for same order: I arrived at store for pick up. There were no customers in the store but they still didn't answer the phone calls. Got home and opened the pizza boxes. We ordered a regular cheese, a regular pepperoni and crazy bread sticks. Both pizzas hardly had any cheese, only the crust had a thin ring of sauce around the outside. So no cheese, no sauce, just thin, overcooked crust when we order regular crust. The breadsticks were plain, no seasoning as there should be. Will never go back.

I went in on 12/14/2024 at exactly 3:31 pm. I went into the Santa Fe store. Yonathon was my cashier, a very sweet young man. Although his name was on the receipt he is not the reason for the terrible service. A young woman with glasses came to finish the transaction she was very rude. I tried to pay with a $10 gift card. She was making me swipe it where I swipe the credit card. It said card read failure. She looks at me and says you have no money on your gift card? I paid debit. Walked outside and called customer service. There was $10 on my gift card. When I walked back inside to ask her to reverse the transaction to allow me to pay half gift card and half debit. The woman wouldn’t even come back to the counter to talk discuss fixing the problem. She didn’t have enough respect to even look at me. I understand they are underpaid and over worked. That isn’t my fault. I went in with the intent on using my $10 gift card and paying half with my debit card. It is just unfortunate I will never get this woman’s name and yonathon will probably get chewed out by his boss for this review. For those who will see this review at little Cesar’s she was probably the manager or a supervisor. She was in her 30’s medium length hair with glasses. She was originally working the window this afternoon. You had just did 20 pizzas and I know you, where overwhelmed. But this is no reason to treat a customer illy.
