I waited 20 minutes for one pizza and the server. There basically ignored me the whole time. I was there when I got up to ask for my money back. That's when she rushed back to get my pizza and it was not even done cooking yet.

We ordered a cheese pizza and Crazy Bread, and instead received a pepperoni pizza and Crazy Bread so burned, so overcooked, that it legally constitutes as bricks. I would usually write this off as a mistake, but seeing as this has happened multiple times, I doubt this is a real mistake. This location used to be incredible. They used to get our order right each and every time, with the freshest Crazy Bread in town. I’m done taking my chances with this location. The money saved means nothing when the order is wrong and the food burned.

I’m usually a regular here and come almost everyday the last few times the wait time has been unbelievable. Today I waited 10+ min just to have someone even take my order than another 10 min+ to be told there still working on it . No line in driveway or inside . Unbelievable every time I come in and it’s the female manger it’s problems always playing on her phone or doing anything but working. Waited over 20 minutes for a old old burnt pizza worthless employees

The parking here is horrible, the customer in front of the line in-store had a hard time with the language barrier between the cashier and the other associates and my online order was way behind. Needs much improvement for such a busy place.Parking: Very limited, small narrow parking lot.
