Went there today and the mens bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in days.The stench in there made me gag. I i formed one of the workers on duty that the bathroom needed DESPERATE ATTENTION, and there response was it wasn't there job to clean the bathroom, and informed the girl that I spoke to last that was so disgusting that I almost vomited in there . I could barely hold my breath long to do my buisness and ran out of there. I'm trying to imagine what the kitchen area looked like. Nothing but kids there working with cares whatsoever. I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I was treated like I was not important and I was just trying to be helpful so I can get in and out fast I work for a delivery company. And would don't order food here they act like I was unwanted because I'm trying to do my job. Very unprofessional of their employees.

The food is usually good here. It's the service that's lacking. I suspect though that they are tired of dealing with entitled customers or hearing complaints about things out of their control. I don't hold it against the staff unless you can just tell that person hated the world. I will say it was super disappointing when they went to those awful waffle fries.

We were not familiar with the menu as it had been nearly a decade since we had even seen a Long John Silvers restaurant, much less eaten at one. The gentleman that took our order was very patient with us and took the time to help us order exactly what we wanted. Great customer service. Our food was ready very very fast. It was being handed to us before we got our cups filled at the soda fountain machine. Surprisingly, the food was still pretty good considering that it had been precooked and was sitting in a food warming station waiting to be ordered. I would have given a 5 star review if the food had been cooked to order.
Parking: There is plenty of parking both in front of and on the side of the restaurant. Parking spaces are not covered, but they are free.
