Clean place , food was horrible, the worst Mexican food I have eaten. Taco Bell beats them all day .

Food was fine, waitresses were very friendly, unfortunately, only 1 spoke English so we could not order properly.

Great Service and great mexican food!
We had a wonderful time here, everything was perfect, and the guacamole was outstanding.
It's a family business and very welcoming.
Thank you for your hospitality!
We highly recommend this when you're staying in Santa Fe.

We wanted a more traditional Mexican dinner and found this place down Burro Alley. It was just what we were looking for! Friendly owner and delicious food!! Everything was great, we had tamales, carnitas and carne asada. The refried beans were amazing too!

Great Mexican food. It was good to find an alternative to the many New Mexican restaurants. 5 different dishes ordered and everyone was very happy. Excellent service and atmosphere.

Wonderful, authentic Mexican Restaurant. Food and service were first class. And very friendly. Steak Tampiquena was fantastic. Tacos were terrific. Salad's super fresh and yummy. Tucked away just off the main plaza. Thanks for a lovely meal.

A must-visit spot when in Santa Fe!
I ordered the combo fajitas, and they were cooked to absolute perfection. The chips, cheese dip, and salsa were all incredibly fresh — I couldn’t stop going back for more. To top it off, I enjoyed a margarita that was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend stopping in for a great meal and a fantastic experience!

Overall I had a good experience.I ordered the sinconizada de carne asada for $16. The food was pretty good. If you get this, it's like a superior quesadilla. The avocado and jalapenos went really well with it. Considering this, though, I did feel like it was a little pricey.

My friends got fajitas, which had way more peppers and onions than meat, so beware of that, and another friend got pollo queso and enjoyed it. Another friend got one of their combination meals and it was good.

We did get free chips and salsa. The chips were warm when they were served. The salsa was fine, but nothing to write home about.

I also had a strawberry margarita on the rocks which cost $12. The strawberry flavor was VERY strong, so I loved the sweetness. The drink itself wasn't as strong with tequila, but you could taste it. If you're on vacation, I think it's worth it, but I probably wouldn't get the strawberry margarita as a regular just cause I didn't feel it was THAT great for the cost.

Service was quick and the waiter was friendly, so no complaints on that front. Food came out quick also.

Drinks were pricey maybe. Online and menu prices are cash pay FYI.
