The food is good. The service is not good. They ask you to make reservations, which I did, and then upon arriving they tell me it will be a long wait because it’s busy. Duh. I don’t care how busy a restaurant is. Either they can deal with a full restaurant or the cannot. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I got the ribs and chicken with fried rice and i got the ribs without the bbq dressing on it and it was so dry and the chicken was burnt from the outside and cold from the inside . and they just gave me brown rice instead of fried rice . Not good place .
Mixed quality and service. Pad Thai, Pho - I’ve had better. Seems like they are still working out the kinks.
Our party was 10. Threw service off a bit. Food was good and well presented. They're working out kinks. Good selections.
Had a terrific experience. What a cool little place! Dont miss the kim chi fries. Budha beers were so fun too!
The staff and manager make it really special. Wok fried fish is my favorite fish in town. Thanks Goat!!
Food was bland and our fried rice was oily. Nothing about it was special. And it was expensive. Not going back. Ever.
Delightful! Creative pan Asian dishes with very fresh ingredients.
Loved the food, but they are still figuring out the service.
Great atmosphere- really nice cuisine options!

Wonderful food, great service, and the atmosphere was fun and outgoing. Open kitchen to the restaurant which makes the atmosphere even more delightful!
Very tasty, solid restaurant. Really appreciate the stated effort to locally source meat and produce as much as possible. The kimchi french fries were delicious as was the goat curry stew. Staff was friendly and service was prompt and professional. Interior atmosphere was modern and well designed. Was not totally blown away but more than satisfied overall. I look forward to going back and was happy with the experience. Could see this being revised to 5 stars in the future after I try more of the menu.
We have been anticipating the opening of this restaurant for months, finally made it down last night, and it was worth the wait. Our party of four started with Red Curry Mussels, and pork dumplings, the mussels were a calliope of flavors curry, lemongrass and coconut all perfectly blended. The dumplings were plump, fresh and just the right amount of spice. I had the whole red snapper, fried golden brown and scored , so eating it was a joy. My wife had the Ribs and chicken platter, a great take on an American dish rubbed perfectly with Asian five spice and a flavorful sauce, fall off the bone tender. I managed to get a taste of our friends goat stew, tender goat with a perfect touch of curry. The other dish at our table was a Pho that you create yourself by picking the broth than your choice of noodles, protein and vegetables, the pork broth is blended with a touch of coconut milk, a nice touch, noodles were perfect. A meal in itself. We will be back
We just returned from a terrific meal at Lucky Goat. Three of us shared several dishes, and each was creative and delicious: the chopped Asian salad, goat curry, kimchi fried rice and shrimp pad Thai. The staff was friendly and helpful and the venue is lovely. This is a welcome addition to the Santa Fe restaurant scene. We'll be back!
We shared 4 starters and the sauces were overwhelming - too salty, too sweet, bottle tasting. Asian food is known for its fresh clean healthy taste. Lucky Goat is lucky to be in Santa Fe where good quality food at reasonable prices is non existent so Lucky Goat fits in perfectly.
