Luminaria Restaurant

Wanted to sit out, but others were taking their time enjoying the Patio. Can't blame them!

Luminaria has one of the best patio's in Santa Fe. Add tot that, incredibly food and our amazing server Carlos and it makes it a solid 10 out of 10 every time!

I read some recent reviews that were not favorable, however we had a great experience. We were there on Santa Fe busy weekend, Spanish Market and we had a lovely dinner.

This was a last minute choice and very grateful we ended up here. Lovely patio with gentle breeze, excellent food, pricey but very good. Drinks were just right. Server seemed a bit snarky to start but became wonderful as evening progressed. The man at the front desk was the best part--warm, funny, and full of tidbits that helped with the rest of our stay. A jewel of a restaurant, we'd be happy to go there again.

We are regulars. They changed the menu and of all things.. dropped the chips and salsa. Hard to imagine.

Our waiter Juan was very professional and got us out in plenty of time to get to the opera.

We ate outside in a beautiful setting — twice for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfasts were great. Dinner was wonderful — after the staff perfectly addressed a couple of issues. Thanks to all who helped make our meals and stay so good.

Delicious Vietnamese cuisine with lots of choices for appetizers as well as entrees. Service was friendly and always appropriate. Highly recommended.

Always a favorite place for a summer lunch. Marcel is a terrific server. Our burger was a little short of Medium, best fries in town.

The grouper, the pear salad and the lobster bisque were fantastic! There was a little too much time between courses but I would definitely return!

Service was slow, not sure why because there weren't many diners there. It took 10 minutes to get our beverages and even longer to place our orders. When we asked for extra salad dressing, that also took a long time. Food was good!

We ate at this restaurant for lunch upon our arrival in Santa Fe and it was a pleasant kick off to our trip! The ambience is beautiful, the wait staff was amazing and our food was absolutely delicious! Would love to go back for dinner and try that out as well when we come back! Highly recommend!

The ambience was wonderful. the food mediocre. They did not have my preferred liquor so I picked a second choice. What I received was not that. My steak was excellent but they did not have the brussel sprouts. They charged for bread, although I have seen this happen at several places lately.

Disappointed the outside patio wasn't opened yet but the inside is LOVELY and the wait staff is very friendly and very efficient!! On top of that the food is delicious!!! Can't top that!

My first time visit to Santa Fe did not disappoint; however, unfortunately, this restaurant did. We arrived to a very dead restaurant - only one other group of women were seated (4 of them). We were given one menu that listed only half of the selections, and it took a while to get a replacement menu. Shortly after we were seated, the other group that was there sent back two of their entrees - one for not being cooked all the way through and the other as they found it unappetizing. They were very nice with their words, but you could see their concern. We took this as a definite sign to leave. The setting is elegant...but we did not stick around to find out how the food and further experience would turn out.
