It was absolutely delicious food with very friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere was calmly lit allowing for a relaxing experience while you slurped down your ramen.
My husband had the pork gyoza while I had the tonkotsu ramen. The broth for my ramen was rich and flavorful, the pork in my ramen was extremely tender and delicious. The egg was soft and the yolk was jammy, it was a first for me to have an egg in such a way and I loved it! The noodles themselves were thick and springy and made the meal rather filling. It was my husband's first time having gyoza and he found it to be exceptional. The wrapper was crispy and the filling was full of pork flavor.
We made it a note to come back at least once a month during our stay in New Mexico. 💜

I’m currently eating at this restaurant after work, I had no idea it was here! Genuinely, their ramen is the best I’ve ever had, better than places I’ve been in Arizona, Texas, California, and even Savannah georgia. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth was rich and flavorful, the atmosphere is so welcoming, and the owners are wonderful and kind. Highly recommend this restaurant, the food tastes as though they poured their hearts and souls into each aspect of the meal. 🫶🫶 10/10

Amazing experience. First time coming to try this place out right off Cerrillos. I decided to try the miso ramen (spicy for an extra $3 is absolutely worth it). The broth is amazing, the noodles are perfect, and who in the heck grills their shashu?? Genius! It was a bit crispy on the outside but completely full-flavored throughout and not dry. Bless them for going the extra mile on that. I will definitely be coming back here. Atmosphere is cozy, and service was incredibly friendly. Get that chef to continue working his/her magic.

It was okay. The miso ramen didn’t taste like traditional miso and was slightly bitter, and in the dish a strange spiky-like ingredient poked me in the back of the throat and got me to gag. The side dishes are honestly way more enjoyable and the experience was okay, maybe make the miso ramen a bit lighter? I did like the chashu pork though.

Some of the best ramen I have ever had. The workers are kind and the food is perfect. The noodles are the perfect amount with not too much broth leftover. The soft boiled egg is so good in terms of texture and flavor. At this point I've tried the shoyu and the black tonkotsu and only have good things to say about both

The food is top quality and served in a clean environment with very friendly service. This is some of the friendliest service I receive in Santa Fe. I thought I had to give up Ramen when moving to NM but not anymore! I’m grateful for this little gem. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s worth stepping through the door! Everything is delicious on the food menu and the matcha lemonade is special.
The food here is TERRIBLE no flavour whatsoever taste like water . 2/10 do not recommend. The service was good the 2 young men in the front are good at their job. The cook on the other hand must be replaced

I ordered two Naruto bowls, one for myself and my girlfriend. The item description CLEARLY says 3 pieces of Chashu, but we were BOTH given 2. I don’t appreciate paying the cost for an item, only for it to NOT be in the order. I would appreciate if I actually had received what I paid for. Charging someone for something you do NOT serve them in a restaurant setting is bad business and unprofessional.

My wife and I like the food here pricing is fair. The cafe is clean and no heavy smells. I says this because a lot places use to much bleach or clean products. The owner is friendly, and most of staff are professional and appropriate. Like another reviews and seems off but not enough that I wouldn't go back. Go for the food and either get it to go or stay and ignore the service.

Tons of delicious options, but my favorite is the Naruto. You can tell the staff puts customer service 1st. They are super friendly and they even give military discounts. The wall art is fantastic and you can even buy some of the decor.
