We were picking up breakfast for the homeless. It was a lot of food for 1 order. The staff was accommodating by packaging 15 meals in easy to distribute packaging. Less than 20 minute wait time. Very helpful.

Been here 3 times over the past 6 months and all 3 times the order was wrong. Today was 2 egg McMuffins, one with sausage and one with bacon. The bacon was forgotten. We got two iced coffees, one flavored, cream and sugar, one cream only. 3 showed on the order screen, we mentioned it at the window and was told it was two. We got 3 and 2 were wrong. It's only 25$, but frustrating nonetheless.

I usually stop at the other location, but I stopped at this location one for a vanilla iced coffee. The coffee I got was absolutely disgusting, had no flavor like they used old burnt coffee. Will not be coming back to this location.

Came into town from a late flight and nothing else was open. The overnight manager was working alone but was prompt, helpful with details and getting everything we needed, and friendly. Easy order and easy drive thru. Food took very little time to be prepared but was hot and tasty
This is the worst McDonalds in Santa Fe and I'd even argue that it's the worst in New Mexico. Consistently stale old food, almost never hot, even on the slowest of days and times it's a wrong order and old and tepid. It's total trash and corporate should send someone to fix this place. If this is a franchise then whoever owns the license needs that thing taken away. Also, everyone who works here is half asleep and a bunch of jerks. Like I get you work at McDonald's and that sucks but a single burger costs like 5 bucks because you're getting paid more than most jobs in Santa Fe, at least try. Doesn't even have to be a good try, just try a little. I don't even care if you call me names and yell at me and give me the evil eye, just make sure the food isn't old and make sure it's hot and correct. I don't even know why I go here anymore. I must be a down low masochist or something.

I usually like going here cause it is close to my house and one of the older male managers is super nice. But today there was a different supervisor and he sucks! The guy at the drive thru barley understood my order, and when I got to the window I asked why I as it 29 dollars when I only ordered two 5$ deals and one buy one get one a dollar, the supervisor came rushing over with an attitude and said he gave me the buy one get one and rudely said “ do u want it or not” than when he handed me my receipt it was folded and he pointed to where he charged me for the buy one get one, when I got home I looked at the receipt and sure enough he charged me for a another mc double on top of that. You were wrong, and u still tried acting like a smart ass about it. Do better Mc Donald’s

Whoever they have now hired to take orders at the drive through has been completely rude. He talks to you like you are dumb and also yells at people. He has absolutely no customer service skills. The other older man that works there has always been so nice and amazing, I hate to be even leaving a bad review but I don’t even want to go to that McDonald’s anymore because of this man and I always went to this McDonald’s to support the other older man that always went above and beyond for his customers.
