I've gotta say. Almost every time I order, I've order the fries "fresh", and they always, 100% of the time, just recook the fried that have been sitting there for a while. Tonight, I ordered a couple things including fries, and the fries are horrendous. They must have been sitting there for hours. McDonald's, how is this acceptable? I go to both the St Francis and the Pacheco locations in Santa Fe, and it's always the same. Almost never will I get fresh fries, especially if I ask for them. Come on guys. Please. I'd like to keep spending money here, but it's really disappointing.

It's interesting to reflect on my visit to McDonald's after nearly a decade away. I noticed that the service model has shifted significantly towards technology, with touchscreens and app ordering being the norm. While I understand the need to modernize, it did feel impersonal compared to the traditional service model I remember.
I went in craving an Egg McMuffin for my partner and myself, and I was surprised to find that our bill was close to $30. That seems quite high for a breakfast meal at McDonald's and made me reconsider the affordability of fast food for families. Given the prices, it felt like there was little value for what was offered.
Interestingly, I heard that the drive-through might provide a better service experience than ordering inside the restaurant, which was unexpected. I think this visit has reinforced my decision to seek out other dining options in the future. While I was feeling nostalgic, this experience gives me a sense of closure regarding my previous fond memories of McDonald's.

Nobody takes your order. When you pay through the token, they forget to give you a cup for you to grab your own drink. You stand there like an idiot trying to get somebody’s attention. No one notices you. They’re busy with drive through. Bunch of homeless folks sitting around. Hard to even walk through the door.

Today I went to this mcdonald’s. When I got to the window where they gave me the food this mexican young man gave me the food (keep in mind I was picking up a mobile order for my cousin and her kids so I didnt know what the order was) so the young man gave me two bags and a couple drinks and a happy meal and he closed the window because I was still waiting for one more bag and then this lady worker comes and asks “what bag did he give you?” so I gave her the bags back and the happy meal so she can see what he gave me and she goes “why did you take the happy meal then?” and I was like because he gave it to me ?? what do you expect, anyways very rude and unprofessional

I went there late at night, and the crowd was a bit unsafe, and the atmosphere was dark. When I tried to enter through the back door, the store clerk mysteriously locked the door, making me wonder if it was already closed. When I entered from a different entrance, it was open as usual.
I don't think I'll go again.

They clear orders from their screen before making them and then forget about them.
Save your wallet and avoid this McDonalds if you don't want to be ripped off. I ordered a 4-piece chicken nugget from the $1,$2,$3 dollar menu and they charged me $4.69 before tax. Employee insisted that was the correct price. Same for the other items I ordered from the dollar menu. Cheese burger $3.29 and small fries $2.99. That's not the amount the menu has displayed on the drive thru. I'll pass on this place next time.
