The website states that this location is open 24 hours. It might be open 24 hours but the kitchen is not. On two different occasions I have been told they are not serving food because the kitchen is not open. Why say a restaurant is open if the kitchen is closed?

Going through the drive through they gave us the wrong order twice, and then I got attitude from the female drive through worker about why I grabbed the order if it was wrong. Overall her terrible attitude has made this experience awful. Do better

The staffs this location are supper rude, there are a lot of locations of McDonald to chose, avoid this one, you will have a better meal time for sure. I saw 4 staffs there, depends on their negative attitude to their job and worst manner to costumers, they will stuck in this type of low paid job forever for sure!!

The Filet O Fish was excellent and fresh which is probably why it took so long for it to be prepared.

Occurred aroundOct 21.Took my money and my points but did not complete processing order. Female manager was unwilling to offer ANY help. Resolution through app turned into a game of me waiting 3-5 days for a reply that HAD to be responded to within 48 hours. After successfully replying in time the last two of three attempts, my complaint was repeatedly voided for non response. I will eat at a gas station before they see another dollar from me. Believe the hype; this company sucks.

Why every time that I go to McDonald's on cerrillos rode the manager that runs the night shift is always eating and never fails to get my order right much less every woman that works there is very rude disrespectful and doesn't know English.. I feel like if you're going to be disrespectful and get my order wrong you should at least know how to speak English. And I'm not judging but what I'm saying is when you are working in a place with people you should know English and Spanish not just one language. Why is it that we need to know Spanish to apply for a Spanish job but they don't need to know English to apply for an English job that doesn't make sense and it makes things a lot harder.like getting your order from them.. in the right order! Uuug horrible service

Had to clarify i wanted a "hamburger" not a "cheeseburger" 3 times over drive thru. Still got a cheeseburger in my order despite my efforts. He also kept interrupting my order to ask my "and what else." I understand trying to rush the order along to preserve your DT times but it is literally taking longer because you keep asking me that instead of just letting me tell you.
Food was fine except the artisan bun for my chicken sandwich was stale and there was cheese on my hamburger.
