I waited 20 minutes for them to bring me a hot latte. I finally went inside to check on it and people were on the phones doing nothing. When they finally brought it out it was iced so I just returned it. Second time this happened to me in a row so I am done with this place.

After finishing a late charter, McDonald’s was the only spot open nearby. Of course, our bus didn’t fit through the drive-thru and the lobby was already closed. We called the number, explained our situation, and the team kindly let us walk up to the window. I want to send a huge thank you to the gentleman who served us—he welcomed us with kindness instead of turning us away. Both of the employees we spoke with were amazing, and we truly appreciate their understanding and customer service. Here is a picture of my husband in his invisible vehicle!!

The order was correct at the screen, then at the window it was completely wrong.

The worker asked if we would just pay and take the wrong food so they didn't have to make the right food.

Eventually it got straightened out with a couple managers, but this place is flashing red warning signs it's not being well run.

Driving back and forth to Santa Fe, this restaurant was the only one open. It was clean. The employees were very helpful. I needed protein quickly. The man at the counter was very helpful and patient. He even fist bumped me. As a woman traveling her own, I felt safe. Thank you.

The worst service I have ever had. Store manager cleaning out door windows with maintenance and a huge line on the drive thru. The was no cars on lane 2 only me never took my order waited for 10 min. Had to drive to first windows little kid rude 2nd windows same.

Pulled up to the drive thru no one was on the speaker, a minute later a car pulls to the other speaker, orders their food and pulls up to the window. I left without buying anything.

Don't waste your time going here. Almost always forget something in your order. But this last time not only did they leave out the part of the meal I was wanting the most but the whole order was old and stale. By the time I found out I was to far away to go back to get the missing things.

I was in Sante Fe and went to the McD’s on Pacheco Rd, worst service. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwich meals and asked if the orange juice is included, the gout who took moly order said yes, the small orange juice is included. I couldn’t see the total on the screen, it wasn’t working. They charged me an extra 6 dollars for the orange juice. Spoke to the manager and she said that he told me he told me incorrectly and I was changed $6 for the 2 small orange juices. I asked if she would either reimburse me the orange juice or give me the two drinks that was included with the meal and she told me I had to come in and return all my order and then she would reimburse me, but I was already on my way and asked if I could come in later and she refused. Such a horrible treatment, manager was terribly rude. Not going there

Posted closing time for the lobby is 10. It is 9:30 and I was told that they are closed😑yup. Not going to the drive through. I needed the restroom and thought it would be nice to have a snack but I’m not interested if the posted time isn’t really the time. Also not interested in buying a drink when I really need the restroom already

Now you have to navigate through the kiosk to order food. I've never felt as much of an employee as here. They absolutely won't take an order person to person and it says that on the door.
The fries were stale but the 2 cheeseburgers were made fresh because the kiosk let me add extra dehydrated onions.
