Stopped by here on 1/15/26 in the evening. First I noticed the restaurant was cold in temperature! Air conditioner was either on or heater putting out cold air! . My order was done right away? But the chicken sandwich was cold and the fries were also! The chicken nuggets weren't exactly warm either or hot! This tells me the food was sitting around for awhile! I didn't eat the fries and ate the sandwich and nuggets. A high school team came in and didn't want to wait forever to get a replacement order. Probably won't eat here anymore!

Rude to much in a rush people working they dont care if they get your meal right as long as they provide fast service, yes that counts but when youve driven 3 miles away or are running late somewhere sucks when you open your food its halfway filled coke & fries & order is wrong ot they forgot condements sucks but no choice to eat or throw cause you went threw drive threw & drove away trusting the workers know what there doing, yes i should of checked to see if i got everything but i shouldnt have to check if the order is right.

The reason I give this establishment 5 stars is because the boy at the counter was so friendly and personable! It is hard these days to find kids that can look you in the eye and be social able! I wish I had gotten his name because he was great!!! Coffee was good, too! 😅

This McDonald’s is consistently disappointing. Twice now I’ve been told to pull into the #1 drive thru spot only to be ignored. One time I waited over 15 minutes before going inside, only to find out they had forgotten my order and had to make it while I stood there. Another time, after nearly 10 minutes, I walked in to find my daughter’s frozen drink melting on the counter — again, no apology when it was handed to me. I get things happen, but here it seems to be the norm. When everything runs smoothly, it’s fine, but when something goes wrong, they don’t know how to handle it — and there’s zero accountability.

I waited 20 minutes for them to bring me a hot latte. I finally went inside to check on it and people were on the phones doing nothing. When they finally brought it out it was iced so I just returned it. Second time this happened to me in a row so I am done with this place.

After finishing a late charter, McDonald’s was the only spot open nearby. Of course, our bus didn’t fit through the drive-thru and the lobby was already closed. We called the number, explained our situation, and the team kindly let us walk up to the window. I want to send a huge thank you to the gentleman who served us—he welcomed us with kindness instead of turning us away. Both of the employees we spoke with were amazing, and we truly appreciate their understanding and customer service. Here is a picture of my husband in his invisible vehicle!!
