The guy who took my order in drive thru was very rude I told him give me a minute and he replied back “ Siri set timer for 1 minute “ i reported to the manager but she didn’t care. If I wasn’t on probation I would have took the necessary steps to correct that man’s attitude my damn self. Please don’t eat here Santa Fe or Espanola is not that far.

It seems like every time you go to the drive-thru at this location nothing is ever correctly done on the orders. It reminds me of the old Lethal Weapon movie with Joe Pesci saying "that you always get F¿☆ked in the Drive-Thru". Of course if you take the food back you know they're going to do something nasty to your food so you just chalk it up to experience and eat it even though it wasn't made the way it was supposed to be.

Valid experience at McDonald's. I've defintely seen worst I've also seen better. The staff could be nicer and they have multiple times now made mistakes with my order and refused to change it. For example I had a nut allergy and they gave me a hazelnut coffee and when I told them they told me to talk to a Manager. Ridiculous and not safe in my opinion also not the values mcdonalds wants to uphold .

I've been to most of the McDonald's around Santa Fe, and this is our favorite. We make a point of stopping here for breakfast when we're taking a road trip to the north from Santa Fe. It can get intensely crowded during rush hour when the Los Alamos workers are heading towards their jobs, but this place handles the onslaught surprisingly well.
One of the best locations I've been to. Great service cleanliness inside and out!

I placed an order through the app. Parked in spot 4(as I noted in the app). No food 25 minutes later, so I called McDonald's. They sent someone out to verify my receipt. Not long after that, my food showed up.They said they lost my order.Had they comped something in my meal or at least offered to make it right, all would be OK. However, they didn't.This particular McDonald's location is batting about 50% as far as getting your order correct.
