Sometimes the services is good, because I make my order online and i go to get my order, they staff make me wait most the time. I saw how the give the order to the person makes order from auto service. Is sad because is the reason I use the Mac app.

I asked a diet coke no ice and receive doc. pepper with ice. The young lady tossed me my mcflurry with oreo, hot fudge and caramel. It fell inside my car. There was caramel, hot fudge and oreo all over my clothes and the carpet. She didn't apologize, she actually looked annoyed, and when she gave me another mcflurry, it was missing the hot fudge. But seriously, at that point, I just wanted to scape from there. It happened sometime after 6 pm on Sept. 3rd.

They make everything hard they don’t know how to train there staff, how am I gonna get $5 meal and ask for a drink up grade and they say they can’t but every time I go in that drive thru I can get a drink upgrade that makes no sense make McDonalds a better place 😞now look at out sad small drinks

Coke zero is just regular Coke. Not good when people who watch their sugar order. They need to start showing better attention to the what the customer orders. They get the order right like 70 percent of the time. Usually with a look of disdain. The employees seem to NOT care about their job as long as they're still employed.
