Well that was amazing.. just stumbled on Michael and his smoked ribs on a random walk. You could get a full rack and feed a family of 6 or you could get a full rack, walk to the nearby park and eat the entire thing like I just did. Generous guy and even more generous with flavor.

These ribs are a transformative experience. They are always tender and flavorful with enough rich, savory sauce to make you forget how messy your face and hands are getting. I'm no BBQ snob; I dont know Kansas City from Memphis or Carolina BBQ. I just know the ribs are amazing. When you bite into your first rib you know you have entrusted your tastebuds to a true pit master who knows what he's doing. You will not be disappointed except you'll run out before you want to. I'm always the hero at the next game party when I bring a rack or two. This is sort of a pop up business, except the proprietor Michael is there pretty much every Sunday. Cash only.
