The food is very tasty 100% recommend
There are 1000 taco trucks in Santa Fe, but these tacos are not to be missed!
These were the saltiest barbacoa tacos that I've ever overpaid for... You're better off going to fusion tacos at Santa Fe Brewing... I can't recommend against this place enough

By far the best of all the taco trucks we've tried in Santa Fe and it's not even close. The corn tortillas were firm and crisp (not soggy) and the meat was juicy and well-seasoned. Can't wait to go back!

Probably the best Birria tacos I’ve ever had! The steak quesadilla was amazing! Large portions. Definitely spending money here vs las palapas or another fast food Mexican restaurant. This was delicious!

Visited Monkeys food truckon 6/11/25 while in Santa Fe N.M . The burgers were the best burgers I've ever had! They were cooked to profection! I only wish we had food trucks like Monkeys in Colorado!
