Visited Monkeys food truckon 6/11/25 while in Santa Fe N.M . The burgers were the best burgers I've ever had! They were cooked to profection! I only wish we had food trucks like Monkeys in Colorado!

Monkey’s is really the best food truck around. I find myself craving something and it’s Monkey’s I’m thinking about. Everything I have had from their huge menu is superb, best portion sizes, hot and fresh! Open late when most places have already closed, and there are always people ordering when I’m there so I know it’s popular around here.

Why do yo have only one cook on a busy fourth of July, food took forever to come out, there was 3 ladies helping outside, you should got one of them inside to help with the cooking,to expedite food better.
After 45 minutes the bread was cold and chewy.
Food was also cold.
Is not what it seems in the tempting menu you offer.

Bought a torta with carnitas and some tacos with carne asada. Freaking delicious! And their salsita is 🔥🔥🔥!!!! 10/10!
One of the better off the wall burgers that I have had in a while I mean a little bit of this a little bit of that it wasn't a surprise that it has shrimp on top of a delicious burger HEY you got to try it out.
