Visited Monkeys food truckon 6/11/25 while in Santa Fe N.M . The burgers were the best burgers I've ever had! They were cooked to profection! I only wish we had food trucks like Monkeys in Colorado!

Monkey’s is really the best food truck around. I find myself craving something and it’s Monkey’s I’m thinking about. Everything I have had from their huge menu is superb, best portion sizes, hot and fresh! Open late when most places have already closed, and there are always people ordering when I’m there so I know it’s popular around here.

Absolutely amazing and authentic Mexican food! This spot was one of my favorites to visit when in and town and I think about it quite often! Super excited to return as soon as I can!
