Museum Hill is another Santa Fe special place, unique in its offerings and setting. You’ll make a complete memory when you catch a meal at this cafe. Great menu, excellent taste and superb waitstaff.

Very nice outdoor dining area, unfortunately they seem to be understaffed considering the high volume of customers that come here for lunch, everything from placing my order to getting my bill took too long. My fries were soggy and my sandwich very oily. The chocolate tort was dry. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back, overpriced too.

Get reservations! The food is wonderful, the wait staff are good, the front desk Hostess was okay, but a gentleman came out looked at us and said it'll be a while.

The busy patio at the Museum Hill Cafe provided an appealing lunch refresher for us on a sun-drenched September noontime. It was a weekday but felt almost as festive as a Friday evening, with many cheery folks chowing down after a morning inside one of several of Santa Fe's adjacent museums. That this is the only eatery on popular Museum Hill seems a shame to these two out-of-town visitors, but this cafe's extensive menu of fresh items seemed to cater to almost every taste. We opted for a lunch of lightness and simplicity -- a plate of chicken tacos ($17.95) and a frittata ($16.95), along with a couple of Arnold Palmer's ($7). Both were absolutely fine, just what we needed. Server Michele kept the circus rolling with laser attention to her many tables, as well as steady diet of much-appreciated wisecracks. She may have been busy but she managed her tasks with aplomb and personality -- a pro. Museum Hill Cafe revived us after an exhilarating but exhausting morning amidst the multiple riches of the Museum of International Folk Art.

If you can get a seat with a mountain view, do - it's a lovely sight, the food is excellent, the service good, and you're on Museum Hill, adjacent to two excellent museums and an arboretum! Inside and protected outdoor seating.

It’s been a long hot summer. Today we finally got back to the Cafe and Museums. Cafe is always so enjoyable - food, staff.

We had a cup of potato soup and spit the chicken quesadillas. (We hoped the gazpacho was on the menu.). Actually, the potato soup was . . . Blah. . .

See you again soon now that it is getting cooler. It’s a long hot drive back to Rio Rancho.

Had a friend visiting from NV. Today was his last day so we took a drive up Museum Hill to tour Folk Art Museum. Had lunch at the Cafe afterwards, and what a pleasant surprise!! Service was amazing. Food was spectacular. View...unmatched. What an absolute lovely experience!

Normally my review would have been 5 stars across the board, today was different, our 2nd trip to this restaurant. It's beautiful, the food was beyond excellent. Our waiter on the other hand was a different story. We arrived at 11:15 Mike O was the waiter, there were 5 of us total 3 were senior citizens, we asked for separate checks and he said ok. Keep in mind it wasn't busy at this time, the check came and wasn't separated but group gratuity was included. I asked Mike 0 , who we only saw 2 times, once to take the order the other to refill our drinks. Why it wasn't separated, he said he was too busy, isaid it wasn't busy when we arrived, he said its busy now, quite rudely, the senior citizens were appalled. He then gave me a pen and told me to figure it out by price and said that's the beauty of working here because the tip was included. People at another table were looking on. I was not going to do his job..he told us separate checks were OK, he himself included 20% on the ticket. I asked for a manager, some guy didn't identify himself still had me mark what belonged to who and made separate tickets and included the group gratuity that WAS NOT DESERVED. management will not read this and nothing will happen. We were forced to tip what wasn't deserved.. that's not ok. Mike O is terrible
