Not a bad restaurant but did not meet this New Yorkerâs expectations. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs that came with a (onion) bagel. The hash was dry and overdone, and mixed with hash browns (?), not the corned beef hash I am used to. The bagel was ok, but a little plain and flavorless. The coffee was good, and service was fast. I sat inside, which was cozy, with Mexican folk music playing from the kitchen. Prices are reasonable. I may come back and try a deli sandwich, though with lower expectations.

Honestly one of the best casual restaurants in Santa Fe. Affordable, the food never dissapoints, variety (plenty of gluten free options), amazing service, and an easy location.
Been coming for years and will keep coming back for breakfast and lunch.

Tried this at the balloon fiesta and was very disappointed. Could not make any changes even though they were not busy and were making the sandwiches right behind the counter, and after all that had to wait for the sandwich to be ready. Really? Requested a receipt and all they could do is a handwritten. All this and the sandwich was sloppy and not good.

My food hasnât even come yet⊠but this is the spot I have been looking for. I moved from the east coast a few months ago and itâs been a massive adjustment. This deli brings the NYC / Philly / DC energy in the best way. Great (no frills) food (saw multiples plates as I wait for mine), modest environment that is welcoming and provides all you need for a breakfast / brunch, and a wonderfully kind waitress who knew most people in the deli. I will certainly return⊠hope to be a regular. Thanks for providing a great spot that brings the east coast vibes to Santa Fe! đ

After a brief trip, I drove into Santa Fe and decided to have lunch at the New York Deli on Cerrillos Road. Initially, the waitress offered me a seat inside, but as it was quite warm, I chose to eat in their outdoor area.
My lunch arrived promptly. The coleslaw was excellent â not too watery, with a pleasant tang that paired well with my sandwich. The Reuben on rye was outstanding, featuring perfectly prepared corned beef and fresh, crisp condiments, including the pickle. Overall, it was a great dining experience offered at a reasonable price.
Great breakfast spot! I stopped in before a hike and got the southwest benedict. The green chile hollandaise is really good and I absolutely devoured that plate. I also picked up a bagel for my hike and nibbled on it on my way back down the mountain.

Had the worst service today due to the over frustrated waiter not putting my order into the computer and it not being sent to kitchen. The delay was unacceptable and ended up canceling my order. I spoke with The Manager who could not be more congenial and explained that this is not my first negative experience with this problematic waiter. My family, friends and business associates do like this deli but I will have to think long and hard before I share any more of business with them when so many other choices have exceptional service.

Truly an amazing lunch. I had the club and it was ginormous! Everything on it was fresh and it tastes perfect, and the fries were fresh!! My daughter had the Rachel and she did it was the best thing she had in a good long while. Her sweet potato fries were delicious!! 10 out of 10, I'll be neck, and I'll bring my hubby!!
