Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I went in on Dec. 11 and I believe my servers name was Denise and she was amazing! Our drinks never went empty, our food came out quick. It was one of the best experiences we had dining out.

Went in to olive Garden today because the soup and salad sounded amazing. My fiance and I were shown to a table right away. No wait time. But then then sat us in a corner and forgot about us. No waiter came to get out drink order or our food order.. after 15 minutes of them sitting other guest and getting them there drinks. We left.

Finally, this place has received an upgrade inside! Everything was clean. The tables were beautiful and there were no more holes in the booths! The food was great. The service was wonderful!

I’m leaving 5 stars because our waitress Tina was the best. She was so kind & patient with us. I met up with my mom and sister that were already sat at the table eating, and right away she greeted me and got me my food & silverware. We forgot to fill out the survey on the ziosk for her.

My reason for the two star rating is because this particular location charges extra for using a debit or credit card, passing their fees off onto the customers, I was quoted $25 for my order and he thought I was paying cash and I told him no it was card and then the total changed to 26.

We sat down and waited 30 minutes until finally I asked somone where our waiter was and she said we didn’t have one so then she said she would be right back and take our orders but she never came back. This service sucks find out how to manage a restaurant

Bartender is slow

Never coming back here again, food was cold and breadsticks were hard. Order came out wrong. Waitress was who knows were, had to go to the bar and ask for more water.

Despite checking online to make sure there was no wait, upon arriving I was told it was a 20 minute wait for a table of one. The restaurant didn't seem that busy, though. The hostess said I could sit in the bar area instead, but there were no clean tables so my only choice was to sit at the actual bar. The bartender was attentive and friendly, but I don't really appreciate being shunted to the bar just because I came in alone.

We arrived and asked to set at the bar. We were told it would still be a 30 minute wait. We put pur names in and came back l. When we came back there were 3 people setting at the bar, which we were told we could not be seated at. There was a different hostess than when we first came, but I now understand why neither of them are wait staff. We were than seated in an area were everytime wait staff came past with the tray and stand the back of my seat was hit with the stand the wait staff was carrying. Not once, but 3 times. I ended up moving next to my husband. The food and our waitress Jackie was awesome, but the 2 hostess were not. Our kids are grown and we prefer to not set with children when eeating. Hence the wanting to be seated in the bar area.

We ordered an appetizer and told our waitress that we didn't want to all of our food coming at once. Well, she ignored us and our whole table was filled with food. We didn't finish our appetizer before our entrees came. Never again will we go to Olive Garden. Eat local. Piccolino's was great, go there.
