The new Santa Fe location is beautiful and is an upgrade from the original layout of Outback. However the food isn't the se as other locations. It is nice to have some variety bit people go to Outback for the favorites. Not having the Bushman Shrooms and the steak sandwich on the menu anymore is a big disappointment. We now have to go am extra 45 minutes to another location to enjoy those items. The Santa Fe location is an upgrade in ambiance
Manager is amazing, the customer service this time was great! But I ordered a cheeseburger and a side of broccoli. Broccoli was cold, burger was cold and was not formed by hand, thin pressed and way overdone, and cheese was not melted. I would think at a steakhouse the burgers would be thick and juicy and hot. I was so disappointed.

The experience at Outback was great thanks to server TJ who really did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed our first experience here. He was prompt, courteous, and it was a joy to talk to him. The food was delicious and correct and the price was to be expected for a steak dinner. Overall it was an awesome meal.
