Everything we ordered was delicious!! Our hostess and server were incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night! I was happy to have made a reservation as it was a popular place!

If you're looking for a traditional Mexican food restaurant, this is a good one. The only drawback is it's shall and very busy. The bar only had 6 seats and you need a reservation to get seated at dinner time.

Excellent place! Drinks, appetizers, dinner and desserts wonderful. My only issue is it's slightly cramped seating. But staff was wonderful and attentive! Great for an anniversary!

Absolutely amazing experience. The food was perfect. The service was even better. Our waiter, Mario, was once of the nicest humans I've ever met. Next time I am in the area, I will 100% be coming back.

While visiting Santa Fe for a couple of months, Paloma was our favorite place to eat. Great atmosphere, staff and food.

We had one super delicious menu item (the sopacitos) and everything else was good (you can tell they use quality ingredients) but this place was just outrageously overpriced. We spent $100 before tip for 2 small plates, one main dish and drinks and are still hungry because the portion sizes were extremely small. I guess you are paying for the vibes and ambience which was the best part of the restaurant. We are now back at our airbnb eating snacks to fill our bellies. I've spent less money in restaurants with James Beard award winning chefs. Unfortunately the bill ruined the good tastes I had in my mouth. P.s. please serve the shortrib and beans with some tortillas.

While visiting Santa Fe, my husband and I chose Paloma for dinner—and what a beautiful decision it was. We had a reservation and were seated quickly at a cozy table.

The staff truly knocked it out of the park. Our server, Lena, was an absolute delight—knowledgeable, relatable, genuinely funny, and incredibly attentive. She offered thoughtful vegetarian recommendations, paced the meal beautifully, and brought a level of care and professionalism that made us feel instantly at home. She felt like trusted family.

The food? Divine. We ordered three entrées and two desserts, and every dish arrived promptly, perfectly timed, and beautifully prepared. Lena suggested serving one entrée first as an appetizer—a recommendation that elevated the experience. We shared everything and couldn’t choose a favorite.

Dessert was exceptional. Decadent, creative, and unforgettable—I’d happily return just for dessert alone. Come here for dessert!

Thank you to Lena and the entire Paloma team for delivering a truly five-star dining experience! We left smiling.

I enjoyed my experience here! The guacamole was delicious as well as the chips. The marigold cocktail was delightful. I had the three sisters short rib, Brussels sprouts, and churros as well. All were cooked extremely well and delectable. I can’t wait to visit them again. I also love the local partners they use for their recipes being listed on the menu.

I'm so sorry I didn't take ANY photos. It was sooooo darn amazing though. It is beyond worth waiting for a late reservation if you didn't plan ahead. The wait staff, the hostess, the food... Oh my word the food. We got the bay scallops and ceviche as appetizers. My dad drank the broth straight out of the bowl! Little known secret, they will take that and make it into a cocktail if you didn't already sip it down. My dad found out too late 😂.

Main, barbacoa and steak fajitas, yummy upscale traditional fare. Also, the guac is everything you want it to be. Don't second guess it, just get it. And then dessert... Churros and Citrus Tres Leches. Best tres leches of my life. The perfect citrus end notes to a meal. We will be back, for sure. Cannot wait!!
