The food was delicious, not your typical Mexican dishes. Service was ok, waitress did not check on us until after we were finished with our dinner. One complaint, for refill of ice tea, they charged for it. Ice tea is so inexpensive and to have to pay for a refill which was almost a cup of ice is wrong.

Awesome place, and sorely-needed. Don’t get me wrong hatch chilies and the various sauces are great, but thank God for this place serving legit Mexican food. Music is great, cocktails are delicious, and the food is fresh and fantastic. You will not regret eating here!

We saw the reviews and we were very excited to eat here for the first time. When we first walked in, they pretty much insisted in us going outside because our stroller wouldn’t fit, and after declining outside seating three times they accommodated us inside. We placed our order, and after almost an hour still no food… I noticed someone from the kitchen came out with our server and asked if it was for our table. She nodded and they went inside. Later, our waitress came and offered us complementary salsa, avocado, and chips. At this point, the only reason we didn’t leave was because our son was sleeping, and they had nice A/C. We were still looking forward to the food and when we finally got it, It was very disappointing. Not with the reviews or pictures look like. As we’re waiting for our food we also overheard a few other customers ask for someone in management because they were unhappy. The cashier said there was no manager available. Clearly they needed one that day.

The sea bass was incredible. Not only was it prepared beautifully, but the balance and pop of flavors - citrus and spice - made it absolutely delicious and memorable. I will come back to this restaurant next time I’m in Santa Fe for this dish.

Overdue review, but these were some of the best black beans I’ve ever tasted!

This was my 4th day in Santa Fe and Paloma was by far the worst dining experience I have had, and one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The hostess placed me in what may have been the worst table in the restaurant. I asked if I could have a different table and she was rude and dismissive towards my request. It would have been fine if that is all that was available, but she didn't bother checking, her tone was condescending, and I was made to feel as though my request had inconvenienced her. That pretty much set the stage for the rest of my dining experience.

My server promptly came to my table but her attitude was indifferent and rushed, almost as if she wanted to be anywhere but at work. I thought maybe she was only this way with me, but she treated the couple next to me the same way. She took my order and I didn't see the server again until towards the end of my meal. This was problematic as I needed some help: I ordered an ice tea, which came unsweetened. Had she come by, I would have asked for sweetener or a diet soda. I also ran out of tortillas and was waiting for a while before I was able to ask for more.

I ordered the pollo sopes as an appetizer and the steak fajitas as my entree . The sopes were nice and the fajitas were okay. The steak was medium rare. Medium rare worked for me, but I was never asked how I wanted the steak, which seems like an important question. She brought the check almost as soon as the wait staff cleared the table, never if asking if I wanted dessert or anything else.

I honestly felt as though I didn't matter as a customer and that my presence at the restaurant was an inconvenience.

I spoke to the manager after I paid my bill and he was apologetic. But it was a bit awkward because my waiter and the hostess came by and it was clear they were trying to listen to what I was saying.

A gem! I got the mezcal negroni and it was the best cocktail I had on my entire Sante Fe trip. The staff was great and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Marja responded to a frantic last minute email about a new problem with our special large family dinner, scheduled for that evening. We’d received Resy texts that our plans needed to be changed due to weather. All out of their hands. I reached out by email and soon got a call from Marja offering a “creative solution” to get us all in, together that ended up making our time even better. The service, food, drink, ambiance and fun are all top notch. We LOVED Paloma and are deeply grateful to Marja.

Excellent ceviche and a tasty burger. Service was well intended, but continuous interruptions trying to clear the table before my dining partner and I were finished.

Sorry already very expensive and then to add 25% gratuity on top because we had group of six was just too much. Do not recommend.
