The fish tacos and salsa + guacamole is SO good. Out of this world. The guava tres leches with key lime custard just won’t stop. And can’t not try the house made limonada.

I loved this restaurant. Our server was the loveliest soul and gave my parents and I the best recommendations. We felt right at home here and upon tasting the food were transported to a state of nirvana. I had the sea bass which came with mussels and rice. The sea bass made my eyes roll into the back of my head. My parents shared the short rib which was cooked to perfection. We ordered so much and the price was half of what I've paid for just my fianceé and I at other restaurants. Do yourself a favor and reserve a table here, you won't regret it.

I can’t even put into words how incredible our meal & service was but I can tell you that we had reservations on Friday night….and then quickly made reservations for Saturday. Lisette was our waitress our first night and she was so fantastic we had to do a round two! We had the ceviche, sea bass, fijitas, and churros and all of it was out of this world. Get. The. Churros. We are frequent visitors of Santa Fe and this will forever be a stop on our list.

Fantastic food, drinks, vibe and service. The waiter Mario is the best. Had reservations available at the last minute but also pretty packed. Loved it!
What a gem. We really love Paloma. Aguachile, Short Rib, tacos negros, all 10/10. Highlight: Guava Tres Leches (the best I’ve ever had - seriously, kudos!). Really impressed. Also the papas fritas with queso fresco, soo good!
Really better than many (“guide” that rhymes with violin) restaurants we’ve been to

We enjoyed our experience. The food was interesting and delicous! We had the scallop appetizer special, fish tacos, salad, carrots and Posole.which was my least favorite but good. The Paloma cocktail...very refreshing. The service was excellent! I would frequently dine here if I was a local. Highly recommend!

Booked a table in advance. Great modern New Mexican food and drinks. A lovely, special way to end our trip to Santa Fe.

When visiting the city we wanted to find a place with some soul and inventive flavor profiles, this place hit the mark! The staff was excellent and attentive, which we have not found to be a standard in the city. The food had flavor and used quality ingredients. The cocktail menu was fresh and had a nice twist. So happy we found this gem.

Such a great experience - the meal, service, and environment were spot on. I live in Denver and a friend who is from the area recommended Paloma for when we stopped through on our road trip. I am so glad we listened to him!
Paloma was a standout dining experience in Santa Fe. The service was genuinely warm and attentive without being overbearing. I had the rockfish tacos, and they were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, making it a great spot for a laid-back but elevated meal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for thoughtful food and top-notch service
Food was great and delicious as usual. However, it is slightly overpriced stake fajitas with rice/been, and chicken en mole. It is Mexican food and do believe it is overpriced for beens/taco and chicken en mole dishes.

A real gem in Santa Fe!
Even though the menu is smaller than your typical Mexican restaurant, every single plate is full of flavor and creativity. The ingredients are fresh, the colors are vibrant, and the combinations are unexpected—in the best way. The Tlayuda de Hongos was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Cocktails were just as impressive—unique, balanced, and well thought out.
The space has a relaxed, artistic vibe, and service was friendly and attentive. A must-visit spot for anyone who enjoys elevated Mexican cuisine with a local twist.

A truly authentic NM culinary experience. Extremely popular with locals and tourists alike. Portions are large so come hungry. Pro tip: order the mushroom soup!
