This place was packed when we went. Placed an online order while waiting in the long line and it was ready within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend ordering online versus waiting in line.

Worst experience ever picking up an online order. The manager told my boyfriend he didnt have our order. So after picking me up and driving back. The manager said they did have my order. Made them completely remake it. Dont appericate the fact that manager was rude to my boyfriend and walked away while my boyfriend was trying too talk to him. The manager seems to be completely clueless and rude

Had to get my food remade. Put the order in and drove 30 mins from work to pick it up on the way home. Was told there was not an order for me. Went home got mad and went back. Was told I did have an order when I came back and made them remake it. The manager is completely clueless to what is going on at his store. This was a very unpleasant experience.

I just had to take a moment to recognize Eduardo over at Panda Express in the DeVargas Mall, he is absolutely amazing! He’s one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Every time I visit, he’s incredibly attentive, genuine, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. He radiates kindness and positivity, and it truly makes the whole dining experience better.

Told the lady working I wanted chow mein and honey walnut shrimp then she proceeds to give me rice and chow mein then I say I don’t want rice and she takes the chow mein off and gives me more rice then she gives me attitude and takes the rice off and gives the tiniest of scoops of shrimp even tho I said all I wanted was shrimp and chow mein then she proceeds to not want to finish the order and just puts my plate to the side idk what’s wrong wit the lady working on the 16th of January but she ruined my experience I couldn’t trust my food Bec she refused to make it in front of me almost went over the counter and smacked her panda you need better employees 👎

I send my wife to this store there was no food on the line horrible attitude from the workers. No one was wearing gloves the store was dirty. The manager with hours till closing said he couldn't make any food with a line out the door. Not to mention the Norvirus I got from your cleaning problem. Lucky y'all not shut down.
Got here at 8pm and they are already putting chairs up on the tables and saying that they only have what they have on the hot bar and are not wanting to make food and the manager is laughing with the cook saying this while customers are still walking in the door to make things worse I had to wait for them to make more food and they never called me over when it was ready and the cashier Brissa was extremely rude. I left st 8:59.
