There's usually a long line because it's the only Panda in Santa Fe. They do put plenty of food in the plates.

I was so sad I couldn’t dine in because of “issues with the bathroom”????

They were out of several items. While we waited for those items to be cooked, our items that were ready got cold.

Order takeout for my 30-minute lunch break. I got back to work and in the break room to see that they pretty much only gave me one serving of orange chicken and the other serving area has broccoli from my half-and-half side. Bummed because this was to be my lunch and dinner yet I am missing half of my entree... I understand that they were busy and I placed my order a half an hour before I went to pick it up so they would have time. I don't have time to go back, but I will definitely be checking my orders while I'm there in the future.

Usually my go to when I’m town but never again. I live an hour and a half away, ordered take out today and got home to eat it only to find a dead fly and eggs on my teriyaki chicken I was about to feed my 1 yr old. I tried to call and no answer.
Fastfood chain version of Chinese food, so expect that quality. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere what you'd expect in a fastfood restaurant. They serve a high ratio of rice to chosen dish, as you'd expect. Higher profit margin. There are other Chinese restaurants with Chinese chefs who know what they're doing, that cost a little more, where you get a heaping of well-prepared fresh meat and veggies with rice on the side, rather than a huge heap of rice with a little heat-lamped main course. Other places also serve fresh food in enough quantity to get a couple meals out of it for sharing or leftovers. To me, this wasn't worth it.

Looked the server in the face and asked for 2 entrees of orange chicken and get something completely different?! How can you mess this up?

This location is usually packed during mealtimes. But, the food is fresh and the service is great!

The food is OK. The service is horrible. They have bad attitudes and shouldn't be in a customer service industry. Also they can only seat less than 20 people.
