Ordered Friday for delivery, upon receiving my order it was incorrect. No-one answered the phone when I attempted to call multiple times. I ended up having to drive to the location to retrieve the correct order, I took the wrong order back with me just in case there was any issues. When I got to the restaurant and informed them of my situation they retrieved the wrong order and put it back on the shelf instead of disposing it, handed me my order that had been sitting there for at least 2 hours at that point. The manager would not help me and the employees were rude. After submitting multiple complaints for a requested call back they offered me comp food coupons. As if I want to eat there again after seeing how poorly they handle food.

It has changed significantly. The food is horrrble. Smaller spring rolls that are mushy inside with hardly any filling with sweet and sour sauce in cold little packets like ketchup that taste horrible the shrimp is smaller and soggy the beef in the broccoli beef is in tiny little pieces the all in all they've gotten greedy and cheap and cut corners at the expense of the quality, they suck. Update Feb 12 2024 they've changed the mush chicken it now has bitter kale instead of zucchini. It's disgusting it's and there is a ton of it. Hardly any mushroom or chicken. I won't ever give them my money anymore. ?

Person foremost, my rankings for this is it's a chain restaurant. But the service at this location is absolutely insane. There can be only three people or four people working and they still crank through 35 orders in 20 minutes flat. They're consistent, the food is exactly what I expect from Panda Express, and at the end of the day waiting 20 minutes to get some tasty food is still all right.
