Coffee has gone downhill since my last visit. It was warm but not hot and one is the selections was empty.

Friday 9:40am whoever was taking drive through orders doesn’t listen, and needs to learn how to talk to the public. It’s too early to be weird lady… get it together.

Always busy not to meant places to get soup here in town so Panera is good for soup. The chicken salad sandwich is good could use a little more chicken salad in it but it's good overall. The Oriental salad is also a yummy treat dressing is yum I usually take it home as an avocado to it and perfection in my opinion. Overall decent place to grab a bite to go or done in.

Can we get something better than this? Rude employees blasting music I ordered a salad and soup. They gave me the wrong soup and they didn’t give me dressing for the salad. They look like zombies working who don’t even greet you.

The service was not what I was expecting on a regular weekday. I had made an online order on a tab, and it didnt save any of my settings for the order i wanted. I then waited almost 35 minutes for a small bowl of mac and cheese to come out. I hve to constantly tell the desk I ordered a drink, and the woman making the food decided to give me a disrespectful and snarky remark after I requested a drink and lid refills (they were empty and also covered in soda syrup with straws and wrappers). The space is small and also too crowded for anyone to get their food, while the cooks are also being overwhelmed with requests from customers. I wouldnt recommend, its better off going to the mall.

TURN THE FREAKING MUSIC DOWN! People have autism, headaches, all kinds of issues. This place is crawling with screaming kids and the buzzers vibrating on the tables. The music is blaring - and there's a speaker above each table! I asked once and was ignored. The second time I said turn it down or give me a refund. They turned it down and whaddaya know, people in the dining room stopped shouting over each other. Even the 2 elderly men reminiscing about their high school and who has died since 1970. As to the kids, this may as well be Chuck E. Cheese. NOT a nice place to eat in peace. Before I left, the kitchen staff put their own music on over a phone speaker. No one can STAND 5 minutes of quiet these days. ALSO, the tables are filthy. An overall horrible experience.

I'm surprised this location is even still open. After my last horrible experience with this location, I decided to try it again. Lo and behold the service doesn't change and the managers are still rude to customers. While I checked to make sure all items were in my order (which again they forgot an item), I didn't open the soup container to check if it was correct. I get home and find out it's not what I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answerd. I head back to the restaurant and was told they were out of the item I had originally ordered. This would be fine had they communicated that to me. The manager flat out lied to my face and said that the QC person had told me about this which they had not. I asked how they were going to correct it right and she scoffed at me like it was my issue. I recommend not spending money at this place as the food quality is okay but it's not worth the hassle nor the rude staff. I'll stick to spending my money at local business instead of these crappy corporate chains.

It's Panera bread. Food quality generally better than Starbucks for the food items, coffee acceptable, nothing remarkable. Prices a little high for the quality of the food

Came in on a Sunday morning and it was moderately busy. The store is clean. Full location is a problematic. The workers were not hourly friendly, but they were at least courteous. Got a coffee and enjoyed the location. My son got a drink. I was there to do some work. Really can’t complain about the place, but can’t say anything really about it either.

Typical Panera atmosphere but the staff was so rude. I know you're busy but a basic thank you or have a nice day is the latest minimum requirement for a customer service position and they couldn't even manage that. The only person who was friendly was the maintenance man, he actually stopped to chat with me for a few minutes and wish me a good day, but the kitchen staff and front of house staff were abrupt and unfriendly.

I was really disappointed with my visit the seats were all ripped and dirty and no one cleaned off the tables the front desk employee stayed on her phone and was overall very rude when I ordered the whole place felt dirty and unwelcoming I expected better from panera.

Ordered online. Got message that food would be ready at 7 pm. At 7:04 got message saying order was running late. Finally got order at 8 pm. When I asked why the delay, was just told they were short staffed. No apology or anything. Lots of others there that night were in the same boat.
After reading other reviews, it appears this store has a chronic problem with service. There needs to be a management shake-up. Can't see myself going back anytime soon if ever.
