Delicious South Indian fare! Would definitely come back

Hi everyone, We were craving for dosa so we came to this place around 6Pm. We ordered paper dosa and a lamb dish with rice. Food was tasty and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this place. Compliments to everyone. Cheers keep up the good work. God bless!

Ten of us In our book club gathered here last week. They could not have been more accommodating! We were able to reserve their large Separate room, Which was the perfect setting. And Angelina our waitress is an angel, Graciously Meeting our needs and idiosyncrases. And giving us Separate checks. The food is delicious as always, Lots of great vegetarian options. I can't say enough Good things about this restaurant. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

One of our favorite meals in Santa Fe, absolutely recommend coming here. The Spicy Basil dosa was a favorite (we ordered it twice). The okra was probably a skip, fine just not special. Service was friendly and attentive.

After much thought, I’m ready to acclaim Paper Dosa the best dosa and sambhar in North America!
I’ve had dosas in LA, Toronto, Dallas, New York, and many other places, Paper Dosa cannot be beat!
Traveling from Texas, we came into this place looking for seating for 12, which is a tall order. Within minutes, they had us seated in a private area with drink orders taken.
We were truly treated as personal guests and the food was spectacular! Everything from the namesake paper dosa to the vegetable curry was fresh and made like my mother would make it!
Highly recommend and look forward to stopping in Santa Fe again soon for Paper Dosa.

If, like me, you are returning for a taste at home, welcome back. If it was even possible, Chef Paulraj's sambar is better now than it was 10 years ago. Yes, that's how long we've been going there.
