We were surprised to find such authentic taste in Santa Fe. The idli fry was crunchy and the chutney it came with was fire! The dosa was crunchy and tasted very flavorful. The bhel puri was the real show stopper. One of the most amazing bhel puri I have had in USA. Had pieces of raw mango that made it very authentic and refreshing!

Paper dosa offers a lot of vegan options and their masala dosa and spicy coleslaw were tasty, but far from being Indian authentic or spicy enough for my taste. The service was almost too attentive.

I loved all the food, but don't trust the items marked V on the menu. I saw v = vegan and ordered, but my food still came out cooked with ghee. This was only realized when my dairy-free family member recieved a "vegan" version. Just let them know you're vegan and I am sure they will accommodate, but don't trust the menu.

We tried the tellicherry lamb (fantastic), the paper dosa (also fantastic), the mushroom medley uttapam (an absolute must if you like mushrooms), and the seasonal vegetable curry. My foodie best friend said that the vegetable curry was the best curry she's ever had. It was truly amazing. From what I had, I would recommend everything there. I expect you can't go wrong.

Within the top 2 of my favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. And I’ve never liked Indian food in my life. This is on another level. Impeccable service, beautiful food, lovely atmosphere. I just went here for the first time yesterday, and loved it so much I went back tonight. Both experiences could not have been better. So glad we have Paper Dosa here in Santa Fe.

We had a wonderful experience! This was our first time here and we were unfamiliar with dosas. We were seated at the bar shortly after we arrived. Osiris, the bartender, was very patient with us. He helped us with ordering. We loved everything we had! We are foodies and we will remember this meal for a long time!

Had curry chicken and paper dosa, we loved it. We started with the puri first, was very flavorful, then the chicken came out, had several large chicken pieces unlike other Indian restaurants we've been to, and massive paper dosa w sauces and potato mash that we really enjoyed, it was excellent. We sat at the bar, so we were lucky to get seated quickly, my only comment would be that the curry needed a little more cumin kick, but we asked for mild so maybe that's what you get, otherwise it was very good.

The reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five is simply the fact that they now charge $5 for white rice on top of an already $25 lamb curry. A small scoop of rice costs so very little that we were shocked that there is such an up charge.
My wife and I used to visit Paper Dosa every other month, but inflation has priced the food beyond the value. We now visit 1-2 times a year on special occasions only, because a dinner for two will be $80-90 minimum.
