Honestly a pretty average (to below average) Santa Fe dining experience. The service was really spotty - I was standing at the front waiting for someone to take me to a table for 5 minutes while two employees just chatted at the hostess stand. I interrupted to ask about being seated and even then it wasn't clear who was guiding me to a table. We sat outside and waited at least 4-5 minutes for anyone to greet us, much less bring us water. We ordered the Green Chile Stew and it was good, not the best in town, but I'd eat it again. The sopapilla was thick and greasy (I prefer them light and not greasy), but it had good flavor. If I'm looking for New Mexican style food in this area again I'll be going to the Plaza Cafe South or Flying Tortilla.

The food at PC’s restaurant was delicious and well-presented. The menu offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.
While the overall dining experience was fantastic, I would have rated it a 5-star if the welcoming experience by the manager would have not made me feel uncomfortable. We got there 30 minutes before closing and I know how walking before closing can feel frustrating sometimes but from my own experience working in customer service the customer should never feel unwelcome.
However, the delicious food and excellent service made up for the slight delay.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying dining experience. It is a great place to enjoy delicious food in a cozy atmosphere.

Just had the WORST experience at PCs restaurant!!!! The lady working the front (her name was Mercy) not only hung up on us 6 TIMES, but she took our order wrong!!! We ordered at 5:03. By 6, we were still waiting for our food. When we went back to get our order correct, this "lady" tried cussing us out, then told us "if you dont like it, go somewhere else" and informed us that we would NOT be getting a refund, nor would she have it remade!!! Then told us she would not replace the sopapillas, for us to MICROWAVE THEM if we wanted them hot!!! I do have a video of the interaction. What happened to PCs???? It used to be an AMAZING place to eat, and the atmosphere was always welcoming. DO BETTER PCS!!!!

PC'S was my go to spot when I lived in Santa fe, you can never go wrong with the food there, especially the carnitas with red chile.Yum and don't forget the sopapillas and I've been a cook since I was 14 .That's 40 years.
