PCs has an excellent New Mexico cuisine. I had the carnitas plate, and the green and red chile were very tasty without being blisteringly hot. Everyone in my party (six of us) had different items, and ALL were impressed. Well done!

I get an early lunch from work during the week. I go to PC's a little after 11 am; they are just opening, and there are usually no customers when I get there. The hostess is nice and seats me. 10 minutes later, my drink order comes, 10 more minutes (20) minutes sitting, I finally find someone to let them know that I am ready to order. 10 minutes later, a waitress comes and asks if I'm ready, and I give her my order. By the time my order comes at 11:45, I barely have time to eat my lunch. The music they play is louder than it should be. I don't see any waitresses on the floor; however, I could hear them talking loudly in the kitchen. I usually like to go there once a month, but I'll probably not go for a while now. Good Food, but service really sucked. My opinion!

My favorite restaurant in the whole wide world!!! Highly recommend the Navajo taco one of their best dishes. Staff is incredibly friendly the price is incredibly reasonable, for me and another person it’s about $36. Highly recommend

We went for lunch at 11:30 am but were not told restaurant would be closing at 2 pm... I have never been so rushed to eat before in my life, asked for coffee but was told that would be my only cup, no refill!! We should have been told that the restaurant would be closing soon so we could have made a better decision about eating there or going elsewhere, where our meal would not be rushed ... 😔

Entree food was excellent, natillas were a little runny though not sure I'd recommend them. Service was friendly a little slow but it was very packed being a Friday.

The waitress was amazing. Very friendly and I'm sure she had a long day, with a smile. The hostess on the other hand shouldn't be working in customer service. She was rude, and extremely unfriendly. Crazy enough I've lived here my whole life and this was my first time eating at this restaurant. Please replace the hostess with someone who enjoys working there. Oh and the food was great.
Definitely try this... Very reasonably priced and the food is delicious

Got an enchilada plate and an order of tacos. Beans and chilie were good! Cheese in the enchilada was not even melted. It was like a hard cheese enchilada! The beef’s tacos were good but they didn’t put salsa. Rice not so good

Burrito was big and tasty. Good prices. Guac dip was fantastic. Service was a little slow, but they were really busy.

Crazy enough I've lived here my whole life and this was my first time eating at this restaurant.
Please replace the hostess with someone who enjoys working there.
