PCs has an excellent New Mexico cuisine. I had the carnitas plate, and the green and red chile were very tasty without being blisteringly hot. Everyone in my party (six of us) had different items, and ALL were impressed. Well done!
My favorite restaurant in the whole wide world!!! Highly recommend the Navajo taco one of their best dishes. Staff is incredibly friendly the price is incredibly reasonable, for me and another person it’s about $36. Highly recommend
The waitress was amazing. Very friendly and I'm sure she had a long day, with a smile.
The hostess on the other hand shouldn't be working in customer service. She was rude, and extremely unfriendly.
Crazy enough I've lived here my whole life and this was my first time eating at this restaurant.
Please replace the hostess with someone who enjoys working there.
Oh and the food was great.
