Pho Ava Vietnamese Restaurant

The service is bad. We stood and waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged. It took another 10 minutes to get a table. The tables are less than an arm's length away from eachother. The server brought us beverages other than the ones we ordered. It took awhile before the server came back with the right beverages, then left before we could place our orders. Around five minutes later the server came back and took our orders. The food came out soon after but the portions are small and not worth the cost.

Best pho I’ve had in Santa Fe. Super-sized portion with tasty broth and plenty of toppings. I can only vouch for the pho since that is all I ever get. When I went I did end up ordering some Thai tea which was fairly tasty. I will definitely be coming back for more. The atmosphere is nice and the service is great and attentive.

As Vietnamese, the foods are not good. The service is bad. I ordered rice plate, they forgot the spoon(only chopsticks and forks on the table). Asked 1 waitress, she never came back. I had to ask another waitress.

I've been a regular at Pho Ava since they opened in 2017, and it remains one of my favorite spots in Santa Fe. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always great. What keeps me coming back is the Bun; it's outstanding with its vibrant mix of fresh and crisp sprouts and vegetables. Excellently prepared proteins and noodles come together in this flawless combination, consistently delivering a truly satisfying meal.

I tried calling several times different days they never answer. I walk in to place my order in person and I visually see the people answer and hang up 😂 the food is good the service just sucks balls. 🤷‍♀️ rather go where clients are better tended to.

Amazing food, kind staff, kinda plain atmosphere but everything else made up for it

First time eating at Pho Ava, and even though this place is small and tucked away in a tiny strip mall, the food is good, and the service is good and polite. My only gripe would be that they don't clean the squeeze spouts on their condiment bottles. They were a little disgusting. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean.

Best Pho in Santa fe! Quick service and super kind staff. I came in 30 minutes before closing 😬 and I was still served and treated with kindness! I got out of there so as not to hold people up, but it was amazing!
