I have been a patron for years and love the Pho Tai. Best broth I have had in NM. As an Asian I find it hard to find good Asian food. Service has always been very nice to me. I especially make the trip if I am not feeling well. It always seems to make me feel better.

I have to say, I'm very disappointed. We've eaten here multiple times before and always had great food, but today was different.
I don't know if they bought the wrong cut of pork or what happened, but it was thin strips instead of on the bone and was SO SALTY we couldn't finish our meals.
Very sad to have a meal you're looking so forward to end up inedible and trashed, not to mention the waste of money.

The jasmine rice chicken plate and pork bahn mi were both delicious, the lady who served us was very nice, and service was quick. Plus, it was reasonably priced - we paid a little over $30 for both of us and the plate sizes are great!

Waited almost 30 minutes to even get water set on the table. The food took an hour and a half to come out (after bringing out the wrong order twice) with 0 explanation. We also ordered smoothies and asked about them twice. We were told they were coming, but they never did and then they tried to charge us for them after what was already a terrible experience. Food was okay but not worth the extreme wait time and bad service. I would never go back.

Food took over an hour and a half to come out and got the order wrong twice. The pho is quite expensive for how average it is, unfortunately it was just a bad experience overall.

Love these guys. I’ve been here probably a hundred times. They are consistent and very friendly. Always pleasant even if they are understaffed.
Owner or whoever is in charge was incredibly aggressive tonight… They were somewhat busy and had 2 tables that were waiting to be cleared while 2 parties were waiting to be sat. A woman comes from the back (very clearly annoyed and overwhelmed), rushed to the OPEN sign, smacked it (I think she tried to turn it off, but it actually stayed on) and kicked the 2 parties that were waiting to be sat out of the restaurant.

Born and raised Vietnamese person here (for 15 years). Excellent experience today! Food were fresh and very tasty! Absolutely love the spice level! The smoothies were fantastic as well. Got some banh mi to-go and that were also excellent! The service is lovely! Highly recommend. Will be back.

Love this place so much and have loved them! Their food is always vibrant with flavor and the veggies are always so fresh! My one dock of star though is it seems the pho broth changed and it’s incredibly fatty/oily? I ordered to-go for an opera picnic and had to use ice cubes to collect the fat off the broth. A few weeks later it was just as heavy. Eventually the meat and veggies absorb it and I just add more water but should I start ordering a different broth? Or is this just a distribution change of vendors that’s causing this? I love it here so hopefully it goes back to less fatty broth.
