We had a party of 5 and they did not say they had an automatic tip of 20%. It’s berried in the menu and they were silent on tip when we split the bill.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff had a terrible attitude. They were dismissive, short-tempered, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. When we asked simple questions about the menu, we were met with eye-rolling and rude responses.
Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt rushed and disrespected the entire time. Customer service matters, and the staff here clearly doesn’t care. Based on how poorly we were treated, I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Service and food were both terrible, food was delivered cold and everyone working was very rude and unprofessional and very disrespectful towards me, when I received my food it was ice cold like no one had touched it for hours and when I asked to send it back kindly the service was rude and especially the manager, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone whatsoever this food is terrible and so are the people running it, if it was the only place open on earth I wouldn’t even eat here and that’s how terrible this whole place and experience was. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that likes good food and respectful people.

The food here was honestly gross. Nothing tasted fresh, the flavors were off, and the meal was really disappointing from start to finish. The texture of the food was unappetizing, and it felt like very little care went into preparing it. For the price, I expected at least something decent, but I ended up wishing I had eaten somewhere else. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience. My girlfriend left her purse here and when we called right away, we were told the cameras had been checked and nothing was seen. When we went back in person, we were suddenly told the cameras and internet “didn’t work,” and we kept getting different excuses. The staff was extremely rude to us the entire time.
The whole situation felt sketchy and dishonest, and we left with zero help or accountability from the restaurant. We will not be returning.
My girlfriend and I ate here recently and had a very disappointing experience. After we left, we realized her purse was missing and called the restaurant right away. They told us they had already checked the cameras and didn’t see anything.
When we went back in person, the story changed — suddenly the internet “wasn’t working,” the cameras “weren’t working,” and we were given multiple different excuses. The staff was very rude and dismissive while we were just trying to get help.
Because of how inconsistent everything was, we ended up calling the police to file a report. Regardless of what actually happened to the purse, the lack of honesty and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. We won’t be returning and don’t recommend this place.

I love this place so much. My favorite pho in town. The service is incredibly thoughtful and considerate. It’s a good place to have a solo lunch or get takeout. I get a vegan pho with the beef broth, the tofu is so good!

Picked this place for lunch because I was looking for Bún Bò Huê (spicy beef noodles). I wanted a warm spicy soup because it's getting cold out, and they certainly delivered. It was a flavorful, hearty soup with tender slices of beef and lots of chili oil. It's a huge bowl too. I think I ate about 1/3. The take home packaging is quite thoughtful. They give you two containers so you can separate the noodles from the broth and keep them from getting soggy.

$18 for a bowl of pho is insane
Wow wow wow! This place exceeded my expectations! Absolutely delicious pho! The broth was textbook authentic pho. The spring rolls were fresh! The mint in them was a really nice touch. And the chicken bahn mi was so damn good. the bread on it was nice and soft. I highly recommend dipping your bahn mi in the pho broth. We got take out and everything was packaged up and separated so neatly. I always get the combination pho which was so good. We will definitely be coming here and dining properly! If you like pho then pho-king get over here!!!

This place used to be 4+ stars. I called to get our family's usual and was told they were under new ownership and that they no longer cooked 2/3 of what I ordered. Real shame because this place was one of the better restaurants in that part of town.
