If I could give this a zero I would I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. First we went in there is no direction on seating. I finally found someone that handed us menus that’s about it with that interaction. We sat down and waited almost 20 minutes for someone to even ask us what we wanted to drink we also asked for a high chair and waited on that for another 20 minutes after getting our drinks. Most of everything we wanted on the menu was not available. When we did get our food it wasn’t even our food. They then brought us our food which wasn’t so bad but the chicken didn’t even look like chicken. Like I said I do not recommend this places at all go somewhere else

Bad quality. Soup too salty. Got hair inside the shake

Love the vegan pho and the spring rolls! But the last time we went, it was a weekend and a packed place. There was only one person as the server, host, and cashier. Seems like she is the only employee? I've been a few times, and I just see her. We waited 20 minutes with a dirty table and no water. We didn't want to, but we knew it would take a while, so we got up and left. I felt bad for her, honestly. She needs more help!

closes at 8pm. got there at 730. Told us it was too late to dine in. Then ignored me trying to place a to go order. Then told me they can only do chicken, no beef for the pho (beef noodle soup without beef...)

I've been coming to Pho Kim for years - The Beef and Brisket Pho is my go to!! Always great always consistent

From a Vietnamese person, the food wasn't bad (I had udon noodle soup). Santa Fe does not have a large VN community. Pho Kim has more authentic VN dishes (bún bò Huế and hú tiếu) than Saigon Cafe and Pho Ava.

Food is good but doesn't override the snails pace service. You have to really try to be this inefficient and slow in a restaurant. Also kinda dirty. Ordered spring rolls and steak pho. Skip the spring rolls. Pho was good but not exceptional.

Pretty dang good food if you can survive the wait. We’ve been here a handful of times busy and slow and the average wait time was about 45 min. Once it took over an hour to make two dishes. Take out or bust. I will not dine in again.

Thumper Is the best

I love pho Kim I have grown-up going here and I can say yes sometimes it does take more than 25-30 minutes to get your food but it’s very worth it the food is delicious and some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had. The people are pretty nice. I would very recommend!

Wonderful food (worth it for the prices), condescending/unaccommodating staff (occasionally there is kind staffing) , appealing location. Service is avoided by ordering takeout ??
