Okay everyone first please forgive me I was super hungry and forgot to take my photos. I order two slices, one of green chile and one just plain cheese. I have been looking for the best pizza in Santa Fe and this place was decent. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and the wait for slices was roughly 10 minutes. I was impressed with my take out Margherita pizza from Pizza Centro. The crust could have had a little more flavor, but the simple sauce/cheese and basil topping were very good, The sauce is rich/deep full of tomato flavor and there was plenty of cheese. My wife and I split the large and it was huge. I'll be back for sure, and if the crust had a little more flavor/texture this place would be my go to spot. This is definitely a step up from the national chains - Recommended
First time I've had flash fried eggplant on a pizza and glad I tried it. It works very well with mushrooms and gives the pizza a very different flavor. Service was pretty quick too.
