From ignoring you when you stand at the counter, to forgetting about your order as you wait directly in view to taking extraordinarily long to finish the smallest orders (or was it done and they just forgot to tell you) this is the most frustrating and slow pizza place I've ever been to.
This experience is the same every time I've picked up an order from here regardless of the staff members on site. Always a complete waste of time.
Spend a couple extra bucks and enjoy real pizza from anywhere else in Santa Fe!

Water 15 minutes to sit and another 10 for them to get us a menu . We already knew what we wanted the manager rushed away letting us know she would be back to take our drink order we left another 10 minutes later . Low quality service.

They wouldn't deliver to the hotel I was staying at, told me to order on door dash, never received the food. I got charged for it, and then I called pizza hut and the manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional. On valentines day

They forgot an item that I paid for that was to be delivered. All I got from an employee was we can give you credit on the next order. I have not seen the credit anywhere.

Went in was told they’d be right with us apparently the guy was on the phone, but took awhile, two other female employees took off to the back and did not acknowledge our presence, at the very least a hello or head nod with eye contact would have been enough for us to have waited longer. The establishment was not busy and I believe that we were the only to customers in the “restaurant” the experience was awkward and I believe the employees need coaching in customer service. We decided not to order.
Update: They are pretty consistent as of late, the and friendly, management is very accountable in regards to issues.

Very chimsy and lousy service. I paid $.50 a pepperoni slice for a personal pan pizza because they count how many toppings they apparently put on. When I asked why they couldn’t put me more pepperoni because I wanted a pepperoni lovers personal pan, he wanted to charge me two dollars more for 4 more. Did not provide napkins or plasticware. When I asked if they could give me some napkins like I saw them giving another customer, he told me they didn’t have anymore and gave me five hand towels that they put in the bathroom. Jerk is an understatement

If I could put negative 1 star I would put it. I see that the managers treat their employees horrible. And out of all the places I've been that restaurant is the most Unorganized place in Santa Fe they literally use their bathroom as storage. I overheard someone say that the "top oven has been broken for the past 4 years". I spoke to one of the employees asking for the manager he told me that he probably went out partying leaving himself clocked in. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I HEARD THAT!!! his name was John, Johnny, Jonathan one of those 3 not to mention there were 5 employees (maybe manager) smoking outside all while the ones inside are going crazy. AND!!! From all the places I've talked about everyone place has made fun of that restaurant saying it's not a real job, others say that they actually work unlike pizzahut. Not to mention they look like they never heard of the word hygienic. Prior I literally saw one of the cooks go clean the dishes. After seeing that I would 100% advise everyone to never eat here again.
