Went in was told they’d be right with us apparently the guy was on the phone, but took awhile, two other female employees took off to the back and did not acknowledge our presence, at the very least a hello or head nod with eye contact would have been enough for us to have waited longer. The establishment was not busy and I believe that we were the only to customers in the “restaurant” the experience was awkward and I believe the employees need coaching in customer service....

Food served is good and fresh '"probably the waitress had a lot in her hand and mixed up the order we made..."probably" '" but they corrected it as soon as we gave the complaint

Dietary restrictions: Tell them what it is you're allergic to and they'd take it out of the order for you

The day of yesterday Sunday May 13,2024 me and my kids witness something terrible. Although the pizza was tasty and the service was awesome. Manger Alexia was doing amazing and trying her best to maintain control in the store. There was a short girl standing on her phone and being flat out rude to Alexia and the other workers. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and continued to fault Alexia for the commotion she cased. She then began to yell at her and make...
