We had Posa's cater our wedding welcome parry (around 100 people) and the food was FANTASTIC! The people that came to set up the catering were incredibly helpful and kind, and the food was truly fantastic. All of our guests raved about how good the food was all weekend long. Posa's was also incredibly helpful and easy to work with during the whole process. Would absolutely recommend!

Stopped by for the first time to get a green chile sausage breakfast burrito. The burrito was good size and the green chile was the hottest I've had in a long time (that's a good thing to me)

We were a party of 7, on a road trip from California with family from The Netherlands, Germany, Peru, and Mexico. Everything was amazing, the food and their team guided us with the menu.

This place, hands down, has the best menudo in santa fe, it just doesn't get any better than this. The burritos are hearty and portions are solid.... and they actually have good, hot green chili, not the weak stuff everyone else in town serves. I highly recommend posas, and for those of you that like menudo, you find a find a better dish in santa fe.

We got the Green Chili Pork Stew, Pork Chaimale and 6 Green Chicken Chili Tamales to go. We really enjoyed it. I'd give a 4.5 if I could.

It appeared as if there were only two people working when we arrived to place a togo order. You wouldn't have known if they were short-staffed. They were quick, efficient, and held such incredible composure . The food rocked, too!
