Johnny and his crew at Reel Burger have awesome food at some of the best prices in town. I love the roast beef burritos smothered. I love their chicken fried chicken awesome. The burger deals are awesome and the ribbon fries are the best. Johnny and his crew are the best very friendly. I love eating there.

So bad! Took one bite and fed the rest to my dog. The patty lacks any flavor, seems like they just ground up meat and put in patty. Grissle chunks in the meat. Just bad. Somebody please make good burgers in Santa Fe, because I’ve tried nowhere that gets it. This place has 5 stars for some reason and is just plain bad. Pissed I just spent 17 dollars on my dog ? Not to mention there were two sketchy looking dudes (one with bleeding hand) in front of me asking the owner for 600 bucks. Very unprofessional and just overall bad experience

The place is old... which is what Santa Fe is known for I guess. Nothing wrong with the restaraunt... I actually kinda dig the tables. Single bathroom makes it a bit dicey if it is busy.The servers were all super nice... attentive and friendly.The food was ok. We had 2 Real Burgers, a Super Burger with Green Chile and Bacon, cheese fries, and 2 ribbon fries. The cheese fries were a letdown as it was just shredded cheese they put on top of the friend and microwave them to melt it... which then makes the fries soggy. The burgers are "hand made in-house"... but the meet is falling apart... which isn't a big deal, but it is a thing. The meet wasn't seasoned at all. VERY bland. The buns were very fresh and actually pretty big as far as buns go.All-in-all it wasn't bad. It was ok... but just ok.

Real Burger is usually a great place to relax and eat comfortably. And the food is very, very good. But on this day, there was an argument behind the register. There were lots of yelling, threats, and cursing, and we really thought there was going to be a physical fight. I'm sure this is unusual, but still should not have happened with costmers in the eating area or at all. What they were arguing about could have waited till either closing time or when no costomers were there.With the world the way it is nowadays. I just thank God that no guns were pulled out or any other weapon.I hope Real Burger has worked out this issue and does not carry it on. Retaliation is another reason I think about whether we should go back or not. Going out nowadays is really taking a chance with your life. That's how I left Real Burger feeling.
