Ambiance dark, gloomy. Service Not too bad, Food very salty! everything, Salmon not good. Price. a bit high, but ok if it would have been worth it. WON’T go again.
Noon arrived with adult grandson. Asked for a seat close to window. Got one, inside used as partition, 😂. The other about 10 feet away displayed a hill of gravel next to a main drag.,The cars 🚗 speeding at the top of the window. Service was prompt and courteous, but we were the only ones in the cubby hole of 4 tables. Biscuits were hot, but salty. otherwise would have been good. Calamari hot, but salty Scampi, Salty. Baked potato a bit hard, not enough butter, ordered extra butter 🧈, took a bit yo get it. Potato got cold, butter wouldn’t melt. Understood 4 people, then 2 others came in. Everything Too salty. Salmon was terrible, grandson was polite, scraped it, tried to eat it, brought it home, “grandma you can fix it”

The restaurant appears to be very understaffed, as evidenced by: * Wait to be seated while reception bussed a table * the long wait time for food, after ordering, * delivery of an incomplete entree (missing Cole slaw, which eventually did make an appearance, with the check) * Long wait for check * Dirty tables, and food on the floor
The food we did get tasted good, but I can't help wondering what the kitchen looked like given how poorly cleaned the seating area was.
The staff was courteous; but seemed overwhelmed

We went into the Res Lobster in Santa Fe and were seated immediately. We reviewed our menus and had our order ready to go. No one acknowledged that we were there. There were two waiters in the area we were sitting in and neither one would look our way as they were helping others that had already ordered and had been served. Another couple came in and they seated them next to us. They too; were not acknowledged. After waiting for 20 minutes and not being acknowledged helped we walked out the door leaving our menus at the table. Needless to say we will not be returning to this restaurant again.
