Red Lobster has been going downhill for some time. We went last Friday after making reservations. Although I requested a split table, we were seated in the bar. OK, we've done it before. My wife ordered Walt's favorite shrimp, because there is no longer any fresh fish - trout or mahi. She doesn't like salmon. She specifically requested extra cocktail sauce I ordered salmon. The biscuits were soggy and gooey on the inside. Dinner arrived. Only one cocktail sauce was received. I ordered hush puppies as a side. They were also soggy. My wife asked again for more cocktail sauce. In the meantime, the waiter decided to take another order. My wife stopped eating. Finally, the sauce arrived and she finished eating. The salmon was very good. The best part was the chocolate wave for birthday dessert. Please bring back some fresh fish. All in all, rather disappointing.

We had our Christmas party last night at Red Lobster, and from the very beginning the service was outstanding. The General Manager personally came out to introduce himself and the team who would be assisting us, which immediately set a great tone and was very impressive.
Our servers Yazmin and Valeria took our orders efficiently and checked in on us consistently throughout the evening. For a party of 35, they handled everything with ease, professionalism, and friendliness the entire time. The overall experience was excellent, and we truly felt well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making our Christmas gathering so enjoyable.
