Monday lunch.
The restaurant appears to be very understaffed, as evidenced by:
* Wait to be seated while reception bussed a table
* the long wait time for food, after ordering,
* delivery of an incomplete entree (missing Cole slaw, which eventually did make an appearance, with the check)
* Long wait for check
* Dirty tables, and food on the floor
The food we did get tasted good, but I can't...
