Food was not as described. The meal I received did not have all of the ingredients on the plate that was listed on the menu. As the food was served, it is majorly overpriced. We told the wait staff that the food was not up to par and they apologized but didn't do anything to correct the issue. My table mate was sick after eating the beef. Would not recommend!

The chef seems to accept any beef cuts from their wholesaler. One time the ribeye is excellent. The next, like last night, sinewy and second rate. Overpriced long islands at $17.

I had an appointment for 4 o'clock. This is when the restaurant opened. I showed up seven minutes early and the person who was standing at the entrance was rude. I don't believe it was a hostess. I feel like it was a server or maybe a bus person when I told them I had a reservation for 4 o'clock he said we're closed. I again let him know that I had a reservation for 4 o'clock and he again said we're closed that's when another person stepped in to verify my reservation and I sat out in the lobby for seven minutes until they opened. The waitress was friendly, but didn't serve me any of my food as she was busy with a couple sitting next to me. Someone else served my food. I ordered the 70+ dollar steak and was served the steak without a knife. My server was busy conversing so I had to get up and go ask Another employee for a knife. I'm not one who normally leaves a bad review but when you have to make a reservation to eat and you're eating a dinner for one that's well over $100 one expects superior service, not the case here today.

Didnt realize it was in a casino, seating was just ok, food was delicious and our server was very nice

We had a wonderful dinner at Red Sage! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening. A special thanks to Curtis for his outstanding service—he was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Red Sage. The service was good but the food was not up to par. My $40 NY Strip had too much gristle. My baked potato was cold and they used pre cooked bacon topping and no butter. When I asked for butter I got a ramekin of clarified butter. I asked my waiter if I could have a side salad instead of one of the sides and I was told no subs so I had to pay for a mediocre $14 mixed green salad with wilted lettuce.

You let me make a reservation on here for my anniversary. We arrived to the hotel and the place was closed. Completely ruined our anniversary dinner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Experience!

Seated near the floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch the length of Red Sage, you’re immediately struck by the vast beauty of the New Mexico sky—a reminder of how small we are in the best possible way. The atmosphere is both cozy and elevated, creating a sense of grounded luxury.

The service? Top tier—attentive without being intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine and professional. The food was plated with artistic precision and the flavors delivered on every promise. Each dish felt like a quiet celebration.

Ambiance was masterfully balanced—music just above audible, lighting soft and intentional. The entire experience left me wanting for nothing. A true 5-star dining experience. Excellent in every way. Highly recommend.

Service was apathetic. Ordered seafood medley along with other dishes. First the pasta came out uncooked and had to send it back. After about 20 mins of additional waiting, food came out with sprinkling of what seemed to be seafood. Server couldn't be bothered to be courteous and would have expected better from a “high end restaurant”. Table across from us had similar problems with pork chop being raw in the middle. To make it worse, the restaurant gave themselves a nice $40+ tip on top of what I had left. Talk about day light robbery. The worst experience we've ever had. Period.

I thought my shrimp scampi was very good. Make sure to order the focaccia bread! Scallops meal not very big. Lemon drop martini was on point!

Disappointing for the price! Shrimp cocktail was $23, we got five mini shrimp. We also ordered the ribeye medium rare, it was over done and not very tasty. Lidia was a wonderful server and the firebrick pizza was delicious.

It felt like I was not welcome. The dinner, scallops, was tasteless. The scallops were not seasoned and the sauce was almost nonexistent and lacked flavor. I showed up about 10 minutes early only to be told that they would not seat me until the time. The table, along with many other tables was empty the entire time. If the table was occupied, I would not have had a problem, but I had to stand there and wait for a seat that was empty, in a bad location.

Whatever her/his name...the bartender...you know who I am talking about...amazingly self-important and not all that skilled, attentive or deserving of the 20% tip we left him/her. Rude, entitled and amateurish. Do better Red Sage. Won't be back.
