This place has really gone downhill! I'm not sure if it's just price gouging on top of the food not being at the quality of the price. But the Thanksgiving meal was less than filling! I left hungry. They said that the menu had a typo on it. You had no choice in white meat or brown meat. You just got a mixture. This was the reason why I decided to make a reservation and bring my family because it said something but unfortunately it was a typo. I'm not sure why the food changed so much here. I remember working here when I was in my early twenties and mad the food downstairs at both locations upstairs and the buffet were amazing. You guys got to do something and get this place back to where it used to be!

Pretty disappointing meal. 77$ steak was rubbery and cooked medium with no sear (ordered medium rare). The dessert cart showed desserts that were significantly larger with larger portions of whipped cream/nuts than served, slice of cheesecake was half the size of the one shown. Would do no substitutions on sides. Didnt refill waters until the check came out. Honestly I’d rather go to fast food place.

Where do I start🤦♀️ This felt like a fancy place but was not …spend your money elsewhere. The bartender took one of our orders and walked away without taking my partners order . Never checked up on us to ask for salt/pepper etc. Grabbed my drink before finishing and dumped it. The salad crostini’s were solid rock and bologna’s felt like it was hamburger helper reheated. It was not busy and there was no excuse for horrible service. There’s a difference between a “bartender” and someone who’s scheduled to be there on a Sunday night. Get me out of here !

Great service, but food was just okay for the price we paid. Definitely a casino restaurant where food is concerned. Ambience was nice and so was the staff.
The steak was good, not $70 good. I've actually had a better steak at walt disney world at the yachtman's club for less money. The desserts were just average nothing special.
Our food was great and the service was outstanding, thank you . We will be eating here again soon.
Red Sage Restaurant was absolutely wonderful! everything was top-notch. Our server Lydia was amazing, super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was delicious and came out quickly. On top of that, the manager even stopped by our table to greet us and asked us if we needed anything which made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Overall, it definitely exceeded our expectations in every way for a hotel restaurant. Great food, excellent service, Definitely will be coming back soon!
Food was not as described. The meal I received did not have all of the ingredients on the plate that was listed on the menu. As the food was served, it is majorly overpriced. We told the wait staff that the food was not up to par and they apologized but didn't do anything to correct the issue. My table mate was sick after eating the beef. Would not recommend!
The chef seems to accept any beef cuts from their wholesaler. One time the ribeye is excellent. The next, like last night, sinewy and second rate. Overpriced long islands at $17.
If I could I would give this place a no stars because I was not even welcome or anything so I had decided to go to the turquoise bar. I don't think I was the right color for this place. And then I decided that I want to go get a drink before I head to bed and it was 8:30. The bartender gave me a bad look and then I had asked her are you guys close. Mind you was 8:30 p.m. so I had to see the paper that the hotel gave me said 9:00 p.m. their Billboards at 9:00 p.m. Google said 9:00 p.m. I would not recommend this place for anybody that is brown.

I had an appointment for 4 o'clock. This is when the restaurant opened. I showed up seven minutes early and the person who was standing at the entrance was rude. I don't believe it was a hostess. I feel like it was a server or maybe a bus person when I told them I had a reservation for 4 o'clock he said we're closed. I again let him know that I had a reservation for 4 o'clock and he again said we're closed that's when another person stepped in to verify my reservation and I sat out in the lobby for seven minutes until they opened. The waitress was friendly, but didn't serve me any of my food as she was busy with a couple sitting next to me. Someone else served my food. I ordered the 70+ dollar steak and was served the steak without a knife. My server was busy conversing so I had to get up and go ask Another employee for a knife. I'm not one who normally leaves a bad review but when you have to make a reservation to eat and you're eating a dinner for one that's well over $100 one expects superior service, not the case here today.
Steaks over cooked, lobsters way over cooked, complained to management and they did nothing, cooks suck, don’t eat here, waste of money, Taco Bell is better

If you are used to Applebees or Chili’s the dining here is perfect. I ordered the NY with mash and Shrimp. The steak was tough and overcooked, the mash potatoes were instant and the shrimp looked microwaved with the tails removed..
I ordered a Chocolate Martini from the bar…. I was given an espresso martini that tasted like I an ice coffee from McD’s. I was told they don’t have chocolate martinis…
They are highly skilled at asking for ID. If you are 50 plus and want an ego stroke… this is your spot!
Bon Appetite!

“Overpriced with disappointing taste and ridiculously tiny portions — though the service was good.”
