Omg. The food was so good, we want to bring our son to enjoy these steaks. It was a little over priced. But for once in awhile, not bad.

Where do I start. Salad-had to cut my own lettuce into bites, croutons is more of bread slises=eating with hands. Main course : I was treat as kitchen staff. I had to peel my own vegetables in order to eat them.
Server through a fit because he expected a big tip, but he should seek cook for it. If I have to do actual work witch kitchen staff should have done i should have no tip at all.
Best thing was desert.

Premium pricing with non premium food. Overall I'd recommend this place if you just don't want to leave the hotel.

If you're getting a steak, ask for the sauce on the side. It was a little more smothered than I expected from a steakhouse 😁

Horrible don't waste time or money. The restaurant rescheduled the reservation the service was horrible drinks finally came half way through the main course then and had to ask for a knife with the steak?? The chicken plate was garbage and tasted like syrup. Waited around for 25 minutes trying to Complain but very hard to find anyone in the restaurant.

Was very disappointed with the quality of the food given the price. Got the $49 12oz pork chop looking forward to a knock out meal and it tasted just like a dish my wife makes with Campbell cream of mushroom soup. My wife had the shrimp scampi and was told it came with fettuccine and it was linguine, way under cooked and hard, the old fashioned I ordered was not even close to what I’ve gotten at other local casinos in Albuquerque and Bernalillo. The place is nice enough but for the price. I would liken it to a Porche body with a VW engine. If you want that fine dining experience, stay in Santa Fe.

One of our guests did not receive her meal until everyone else was done eating. Steaks were raw and very tough overall, was not what it used to be.

We were disappointed because the menu at the restaurant had far fewer selections than the online menu. When we asked the server about it, he said that on days when there is a show at the resort, they have a reduced menu. We were not pleased with this surprise. Also, the shrimp scampi was very bland, just a plate of noodles with some shrimp and very little garlic flavor.

The meal was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the price. Making reservations on OpenTable was challenging as they had it default to 2 people regardless of the size of your party. Our server was amazing but clearly stressed and tired. Support staff on the other hand---abismal-- Meal presentation was poor, quality poor. Really not happy with this dinner.

We ordered the NYE special. Came out timely. Mine was ordered medium rare and was closer to medium. Lobster tail was barely warm. Fully cooked but not hot. Was tough and not good. The scalloped potatoes were a brick. Seemed deep fried by the coating but potatoes inside not cooked all the way and very hard. No taste. Asparagus was very hard. Almost raw. The peppercorn sauce was way too salty. We really looked forward to a special dinner but this was very disappointing and expensive. They need to get people who know how to cook better. Was a good attempt but chefs didn't prepare well at all. PS: the place wasn't packed either. Our server, Gabriel, was very nice so at least that was a pleasant experience.

Menu very limited. Also long wait to get food, and only 1 other table being served at restaurant

Food and drinks were solid, I would definitely eat there again if I were staying at the hotel, but in general the service felt more like they were trying to get rid of us than a fine dining experience. Also, the menu was very limited, only a portion of what was shown online.

Pork chop and steak were good-broccolini good. Server acted like everything we asked, and we are very low-maintenance, was a bother. Short of eye rolling, she was not very pleasant.

Ordered the sea bass and it came to me raw in middle...sent it back and came back very tasty. No apologies...just “you want it cooked more?” Food was tasty; wait staff nice and somewhat attentive. We would go back

Dined twice during our stay. Food was great and service was excellent. Estevan was attentive and prompt and Carlos the bar manager was a true example of great customer service. We were looking forward to specific items on the menu only to realize it wasn't offered one of the nights. Carlos went above and beyond to make our meal happen. Kudos to the great staff at Red Sage.
