Our first Thanksgiving at a restaurant was a resounding success! Restaurant Martin provided a menu with something for every palate….and wow did they impress!!! From the specialty cocktails to the impeccably crafted desserts, they hit it out of the park!!! The service, waitstaff and ambiance are a five star experience.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been in many years. Everything was presented beautifully and everything was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this for a great dinner or a nice celebration. That's coming from me East Coast person.

We've been going to Restaurant Martin for several years but hadn't been there in awhile. It was so good to return. The food is exceptional, everything on the menu is outstanding, impeccably prepared. Chef Martin Rios is a true gourmet chef, a real master. No question that he is one of the very finest, if not the finest, chef in Santa Fe. The restaurant's service was perfect, the ambience excellent. The highest recommendation.

We have loved restaurant Martin in the past. I'm hoping this was just an off night. The restaurant was kind enough to move our reservation time when we were unable to make our early seating, so we were very appreciative. The food, however, was not up to past visits. The bread, which you pay extra for, seemed like it had been sitting out for too long. It took three tries to get my steak prepared correctly, first time was overcooked, second time raw. Third try was pretty good, but by then I was pretty much over it. My husband's duck dish was very good our server was very accommodating but didn't really offer any great insights into the food. I'm hoping this was a one time off night, as we ever enjoyed in the past.

It had been a long time since we had dined here, and we received a gift certificate for my wife's birthday recently and quickly made our reservation. The greeting was warm and helpful , the service was professional and friendly, and the food was not only delicious but also a work of art on each plate. Wish we had enough room in our tummies to have the molten chocolate cake for desert but we couldn't squeeze in one more bite . Thank you for a lovely birthday celebration !!

The dinner at Restaurant Martin was fantastic. The attention to detail from the servers to the reception was wonderfully attentive and informative. Wine pairings were on point. And the presentation of the dishes was remarkable. It is clear that the chef puts great thought into each dish. The balance of flavors was remarkable. We will be back!

Everyone loved their meal (we were 8) the duck, lamb, salmon, steak. There was one vegan in the crowd. To the restaurants credit, they were excited to have something to offer the vegan. However, the vegetable platter while tasty, was uninventive and quite expensive for basically sides of 3 vegetables and a 1/2 cup soup. We expect more from a James Beard finalist. At this point in time, where a city like NY has full fine dining restaurants totally vegan, that here in Santa fe a chef can pick something more creative. It actually helps business as vegans come with non vegans. With tempeh, seitan, tofu, couscous, nuts, etc-all readily available and freezable, most non vegans defer to the vegan for restaurant choice-as they want to make a vegan friend happy. Otherwise, service was impeccable and again, for meat and fish lovers, it was amazing

Restaurant Martin in Santa Fe was incredible! My daughter's filet and my salmon with scallops and rice were cooked perfectly. The fried mushrooms and Caesar salad were delicious too. It's rare to find wild, non-farmed salmon-amazing food all around!

We went here on a whim and were not disappointed. This is a James Beard award nominee. The food, service and ambiance was outstanding. What we really appreciated was that the menu was limited because everything is done so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martins to anyone.

We knew a meal prepared by a James Beard nominated chef would be pricey, but the food was fabulous. Drinks were great, and we enjoyed our experience very much. The chef's wife and co-owner was delightfully friendly. We'll definitely eat here again next time we're in Santa Fe. ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best restaurants in Santa Fe! The flavors and food quality, the service, and the atmosphere are second to none.

It’s very “neighborhood” fine dining with fine techniques and presentation but with a cozy, welcoming feel. Our server was fun, friendly, and incredibly informative. Even the owner of the restaurant was intentional and kind, making her way around each table.

We got the bread, the shrimp & chickpea appetizer, the beet salad, the vegetarian chef plate, the beef tenderloin & the chocolate molten cake with cinnamon ice cream.

Everything was amazing - we especially loved the uniqueness of the vegetarian plate - it was creative and delicious. And the tenderloin is a dish that will live rent free in my mind for years to come.

I highly recommend - as a visitor and local - it makes for a special meal & evening!
