I took a class which was great. Class size of 8 with all the tools you will need. I did stop into the bakery and got an expresso and pastry.

I got a blueberry bear claw, ham and cheese croissant and apricot cobbler. All were delicious and had wonderful texture. It can be difficult to get gluten free pastries light instead of dense but Revolution did it!

Please update your menu . Drove all the way there to get pie or a crossaint to find a little hole in the wall with a tiny case of options. Half the online menu is not available. Do better.

Husband and I are visiting from salt lake and had to try this place out. I'm actually a bit sad that I enjoyed it so much because we have nothing that compares back home. 😭 I got a couple croissants that were awesome, and my husband got the vegan pumpkin cake that he described as a triumph. Highly recommend!

This place is legit fantastic. I travel around a lot and seek out GF bakeries wherever I am and was thrilled to find this one. The team were awesome and super helpful as I wanted to buy everything. The croissants are GF so they’re different from a traditional croissant - and I loved them. I’ve had so many dry and crumbly attempts at croissant I really enjoyed the tender bread-like consistency of their croissants. The brioche was heavenly and I could not get over the cinnamon bun and how delicious it was with no sad crumbling. Highly recommend this place and go early, like all great GF locations they sell out fast. Thanks so much for a great start to my day!

Insanely good bakery. Just wish they would put less sugar in the coconut macaroons. No one needs a macaroon that sweet.

Our 5-year-old has gluten allergies and is also very picky, but Revolution Bakery has been a lifesaver for us. We’ve been coming here since he was little, and it’s the only place where he can always find his favorite treats. The staff is so accommodating, friendly, and patient, and the food is consistently delicious. We’re so grateful to have a spot that makes him (and us!) feel welcome every time.

We go to gluten free bakery’s all over the US and I can say this is the best we have been to hands down. The patties are light and flakey and not overly sweet, just perfect. The prices are fare and comparable to a regular bakery’s which I have never seen. It’s tucked into a cute little indoor mall that is absolutely adorable.

My son had a cream puff and I tried it; it was very, very sweet. I felt like dark chocolate would be so much better on the outside, but the chocolate definitely tasted too sweet. Another son tried it too and none of us wanted to finish it. 3 of us had ham and cheese croissants and all felt “meh” about them. Not very flaky, and we have celiac in the family and we know flaky is difficult for sure with GF baking. Based on the two things we had, I’m not sure we’d return. The very nice man at the neighboring cafe notice I was waiting for a restroom key and provided me one though I was not his customer; so five stars for atmosphere! Maybe we are spoiled by mom’s excellent GF baking skills, but overall a little disappointing. Kudos though for doing a complete GF bakery, stars for that alone! Also the baking academy; I’m glad y’all do that!

We went early and got a BLT and some cinnamon rolls. BLT was great, cinnamon rolls were phenomenal!! Staff were super sweet. This place is a dedicated gf bakery and has so many options, even vegan too! Will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Santa Fe! Highly recommend this bakery!! (I am celiac and had no reaction here!)

We were so excited to try this place. I grew up with a celiac mom and sister and married a guy with severe gluten intolerance, so any time I can give them a good meal that includes bread they can have, it’s really special. I saw the glowing reviews of this place and planned our trip to Santa Fe so we could get in a meal here and grab some bread to take home. I waited outside the building the bakery is in with our two dogs and my husband went in with my order from their online menu. He called almost immediately to let me know they were out of BLTs. It was 11:45, the lunch rush hadn’t even hit. I then chose the Italian, they were out of that too. He then said all they have is turkey pesto. So we got two turkey pestos. When he came out of the building, I could tell something was wrong. He then said the person working the counter shot daggers at him as soon as he walked in, had their earbuds in and were extremely short with him (before he called me to let me know they were out of so much—see the vitriolic reply to his review where they tell him he deserves gas station food).
I have gutted through eating four decades of gluten-free bread. Some is amazing, most is okay, some is awful. The bread on this sandwich was gritty to the point of almost being sandy in texture and didn’t hold together like sandwich bread should. As a bakery, I was shocked that they didn’t offer a choice of bread for their sandwiches, but when my husband pulled out these pre-made sandwiches that are packaged exactly like you get at a gas station, I was beyond disappointed in this place. Maybe they have awesome baked goods, we will never know because this was such a terrible experience.

My sister has celiac and I have always hated gf food. But the cinnamon rolls are great and taste maybe even better than the gluten-ful counterpart. My sister was kinda sad that they didn't have any iced coffees but besides that this is a great stop.
