We go to gluten free bakery’s all over the US and I can say this is the best we have been to hands down. The patties are light and flakey and not overly sweet, just perfect. The prices are fare and comparable to a regular bakery’s which I have never seen. It’s tucked into a cute little indoor mall that is absolutely adorable.

My son had a cream puff and I tried it; it was very, very sweet. I felt like dark chocolate would be so much better on the outside, but the chocolate definitely tasted too sweet. Another son tried it too and none of us wanted to finish it. 3 of us had ham and cheese croissants and all felt “meh” about them. Not very flaky, and we have celiac in the family and we know flaky is difficult for sure with GF baking. Based on the two things we had, I’m not sure we’d return. The very nice man at the neighboring cafe notice I was waiting for a restroom key and provided me one though I was not his customer; so five stars for atmosphere! Maybe we are spoiled by mom’s excellent GF baking skills, but overall a little disappointing. Kudos though for doing a complete GF bakery, stars for that alone! Also the baking academy; I’m glad y’all do that!

We went early and got a BLT and some cinnamon rolls. BLT was great, cinnamon rolls were phenomenal!! Staff were super sweet. This place is a dedicated gf bakery and has so many options, even vegan too! Will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Santa Fe! Highly recommend this bakery!! (I am celiac and had no reaction here!)

We were so excited to try this place. I grew up with a celiac mom and sister and married a guy with severe gluten intolerance, so any time I can give them a good meal that includes bread they can have, it’s really special. I saw the glowing reviews of this place and planned our trip to Santa Fe so we could get in a meal here and grab some bread to take home. I waited outside the building the bakery is in with our two dogs and my husband went in with my order from their online menu. He called almost immediately to let me know they were out of BLTs. It was 11:45, the lunch rush hadn’t even hit. I then chose the Italian, they were out of that too. He then said all they have is turkey pesto. So we got two turkey pestos. When he came out of the building, I could tell something was wrong. He then said the person working the counter shot daggers at him as soon as he walked in, had their earbuds in and were extremely short with him (before he called me to let me know they were out of so much—see the vitriolic reply to his review where they tell him he deserves gas station food).
I have gutted through eating four decades of gluten-free bread. Some is amazing, most is okay, some is awful. The bread on this sandwich was gritty to the point of almost being sandy in texture and didn’t hold together like sandwich bread should. As a bakery, I was shocked that they didn’t offer a choice of bread for their sandwiches, but when my husband pulled out these pre-made sandwiches that are packaged exactly like you get at a gas station, I was beyond disappointed in this place. Maybe they have awesome baked goods, we will never know because this was such a terrible experience.

My sister has celiac and I have always hated gf food. But the cinnamon rolls are great and taste maybe even better than the gluten-ful counterpart. My sister was kinda sad that they didn't have any iced coffees but besides that this is a great stop.

Amazing bagels on Saturdays. The almond croissant is 😍. The cream puff is 🥹. Everything else is worth the stop. Enjoy deciding.

It’s so great to find places that are 100% gluten free. I don’t have many pictures because we devoured several of our pastries. I brought this yummy, chocolate raspberry scone and it is still fresh the next day after a long road trip home from Santa Fe. My husband is dairy free and the bakery had several vegan options for him as well. I wish we lived near Santa Fe so I could join one of the baking classes.

A godsend of a bakery for celiacs. Their pastries, particularly the danishes and pan au chocolate, are divine, and their mock-rye loaf is the closest approximation to a genuine rye that I’ve come across. So grateful this place exists.

It is our first time in Santa Fe. We stopped here to check it out. The croissants, scones and cream puffs were fantastic!!

I bought some sourdough bread and a lemon bar to go. The bread was basically flavorless and wouldn't toast properly. I tried the lemon bar and threw half of it in the garbage! It was flavorless, just a faint hint of lemon and NO sweetness.. zip, nada, none! Like they forgot the sugar. This place is not cheap and I will never go back.

The moment I walked into this bakery the lady with red hair looked at us with a bad attitude, When we greet her she doesn't even look at us but gives us an annoying face. We decide to not buy anything and leave. after having lunch we decided to go back to the bakery to give it a second chance. We came in again, I said ‘ Hello’ she still doesn’t even look at us, We leave to never come back!
Sad.

The owner responds to my review by saying ‘ if you knew what she was going thru’ well I’m sorry but I’m just a customer wanting to buy something and leave. I understand people go through hard times but this is not the customers fault.

The most tender pastry with egg, bacon and cheese. Cinnamon rolls are amazing too! Can't wait to try more.
