Revolution Bakery | 100% Gluten-Free | Santa, Fe New Mexico

I recommend everything. It's my go place when i want a really good pastry. I love the brioche, the quiche and of course being french the croissants!

It’s so great to find places that are 100% gluten free. I don’t have many pictures because we devoured several of our pastries. I brought this yummy, chocolate raspberry scone and it is still fresh the next day after a long road trip home from Santa Fe. My husband is dairy free and the bakery had several vegan options for him as well. I wish we lived near Santa Fe so I could join one of the baking classes.

A godsend of a bakery for celiacs. Their pastries, particularly the danishes and pan au chocolate, are divine, and their mock-rye loaf is the closest approximation to a genuine rye that I’ve come across. So grateful this place exists.

It is our first time in Santa Fe. We stopped here to check it out. The croissants, scones and cream puffs were fantastic!!

I bought some sourdough bread and a lemon bar to go. The bread was basically flavorless and wouldn't toast properly. I tried the lemon bar and threw half of it in the garbage! It was flavorless, just a faint hint of lemon and NO sweetness.. zip, nada, none! Like they forgot the sugar. This place is not cheap and I will never go back.

The moment I walked into this bakery the lady with red hair looked at us with a bad attitude, When we greet her she doesn't even look at us but gives us an annoying face. We decide to not buy anything and leave. after having lunch we decided to go back to the bakery to give it a second chance. We came in again, I said ‘ Hello’ she still doesn’t even look at us, We leave to never come back!
Sad.

The owner responds to my review by saying ‘ if you knew what she was going thru’ well I’m sorry but I’m just a customer wanting to buy something and leave. I understand people go through hard times but this is not the customers fault.

The most tender pastry with egg, bacon and cheese. Cinnamon rolls are amazing too! Can't wait to try more.

Came from Albuquerque to visit this bakery. They didn't disappoint! Amazing pastries, donuts, brownies and breakfast. Friendly staff and owner. Try this place, you won't regret it!

I wake up in the middle of the night thinking of chocolate donuts from here. I recently had surgery...the first food I craved post-surgery was chocolate donut from Revolution! Perfectly moist, perfectly sweet/not-too sweet, perfectly dark. I always buy two at a time. It's such a gift to have such an incredible GF bakery in my town!

I'd rather get sick from a real donut than eat these. They try to cover up the high baking powder bitterness with high sugar, and the result is feeling bad after eating gross food

I have been dying to try Revolution Bakery for awhile and I finally did! It was 100% worth the travel over to Santa Fe and I will probably be returning soon for more amazing treats. I got the almond croissant since I haven’t had one since 2017 when I got diagnosed with celiac disease. My husband who can eat gluten immediately got up to buy himself one and another for me once he took a bite of mine!

Simply the best gluten free bakery in Santa Fe. Delicious bagels, croissants, baked treats, bread, coffee, and more.

Excellent baked goods but expensive. Very high sugar stuff but these people can bake. They don't respond to their emails about special orders (2019)
