I usually use any trip to the mall as an excuse to eat here, because they are quick and eager to wave a free sample of teriyaki chicken under your nose and I like the noodles. It’s exactly what I want out of a mall Chinese place—hot, salty, standard and affordable. Unlike the chain panda place, this one’s locally owned. Today when I went was special, though. It was about an hour before close and they were out of my favorite noodles, which was abt to be a bit of a bummer...
